This place was so amazing everyone was so sweet and the front desk was just amazing. The experience was so calming and it smelled really good too! The owner, Dr. Gibbs, was just the best. Everyone who worked on my mouth and gave x-rays were great! A perfect charge and everything!

I hate to leave a bad review because everyone was so nice, but I have never, in entire life of going to the dentist every 6 months for a cleaning, ever had a cleaning I could not sit through out of discomfort. This was my first visit. The person cleaning my teeth had very shaky hands and rushed through my cleaning. I was stabbed so many times in the gums that they had to press a cloth to stop the bleeding several times, which has NEVER happened to me. Almost every time they went to clean a tooth, they drove the pick into my gum while lining it up. I was stabbed multiple times in the lips and they had to use topical numbing paste, which again I have NEVER had to have done. I told them to just stop when their hand slipped with the ultrasonic pick while cleaning my bottom tooth and they drove it into my top tooth, it hurt really bad and I just didn’t trust them to go any further and was already in a bunch of pain despite the numbing. So I left without even getting a full cleaning. As I type this out my throat is scratchy because of all the blood that pooled in the back of my throat. When I walked out of the office, I spit out a glob of blood and my mouth still tastes like iron. I’m sure they have other cleaners who do a better job but I can’t recommend going here after how I was treated. I feel bad for this review, but my mouth feels worse.

I had a bad experience here. They took 20 plus X-ray of head and teeth because the person could not work the machine right. Tried overcharging me and my insurance for work they did not do. This place is over hyped and will let you down with there quality of service. After I left review owner responded and dose not take ownership for giving me bad service. Tried to make it seem like I left review as a mistake. Believe it was a different office. I’m not mistaken. I know where I got my teeth cleaned. You guys did a bad job. You need to be able to own that! Not pass blame along. If you read this you can see why not to go here.

Went for an appointment today that was long overdue. Hannah and Dr.K were very gentle and set up a great treatment plan for me. The treatment plan was perfectly explained to me as well as a detailed cost breakdown. I will definitely be continuing to follow this treatment plan at this office.

In my case, the dentist office is the last place I’d like to be! However, Dr. Gibbs has changed my mind. The office has a Calming atmosphere the staff is so polite and the care is beyond reproach. Thank you, Dr. Gibbs.

Dr. Gibbs and his staff are professional, personable, and at top of their field. Dr. Gibbs and his staff will take excellent care of you. You will leave his office knowing you got the absolute best dental care. You are in great hands with Dr. Bryan Gibbs.

The doctors, hygienists, and assistants are the best. I have been a happy patient for 30 years. I miss Dr. P. (Retired), but Drs. Bass and Gibbs are great too.
