One of my favorite dentist I have ever been too. Staff is kind and caring. Office is extremely clean. Have seen many dentist hygienists. Bianca is the absolute best. Cynthia was also wonderful. Every-time I go my teeth do not hurt at all. I highly recommend

Absolutely outstanding experience! The clinic was very busy, yet everything ran flawlessly, like a well organized beehive, with friendly professional manager Elaina, staff and constant smiles. Doctor Basko deserves special recognition. She was phenomenal. She explained every detail so clearly and patiently that anyone could understand, which immediately put me at ease. Even more impressive, she fixed a dental issue in under 30 minutes that another doctor couldn’t resolve over six months. Her skill, confidence, and efficiency were truly exceptional. It is clear the entire team led by Doctor Basko reflects her leadership and professionalism. I couldn’t recommend this clinic and especially Doctor Basko more highly.

I went to Elmhurst Family Dental with a terrible toothache and they were beyond accommodating from the moment I walked in. The entire team was super friendly, got me in quickly, and even completed my treatment the same day. They were in-network with my insurance, which made everything even better; no surprises, just amazing care. What truly wowed me was their level of experience and the amount of time they spent making sure I was completely comfortable and pain-free. Dr. Louis Pahopos is incredible, to say the very least, and his team is absolutely phenomenal. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. I had a really wonderful experience. Every staff member is accommodating and friendly. My dental hygienist, Angie, was thorough and so gentle. Dr. Bosco was so calming and also incredibly gentle when injecting me for fillings. Lordis was also very sweet during the procedures and added an extra layer of calm and support despite my anxiety. After years of postponing dental treatment due to a traumatic medical emergency at an oral surgeon’s office that left me with trauma causing severe anxiety and PTSD, I finally found the courage to move forward thanks to the incredible team at Elmhurst Family Dental. For over a year, they patiently worked with me, talked me through my fears, and never once made me feel rushed or dismissed. Their compassion and understanding are the reason I was able to walk through the door and follow through with my treatment plan. I have never felt so relieved or comfortable in a dental setting. From the front desk staff— Michelle is a sweetheart, to Monica, in particular for my treatments, has been exceptionally gentle, kind, and professional, and I am beyond grateful for her care. There was a time I would sit in the parking lot fighting back tears just trying to make myself go inside — that’s how overwhelming this was for me — and now I can honestly say after making it in and through my appointment that I feel at ease returning. This practice is more than just a professional business of perfection; they are genuinely caring people who treat their patients with patience and respect. Our entire family has found our family dentist office for years to come, and I cannot thank them enough for giving me back a sense of comfort in an area of care I once feared so deeply. Dr. Pahopos is truly one of a kind —an amazing, humble, and caring doctor. You can tell right away that he genuinely cares about his patients and provides the highest quality of care. The whole team at Elmhurst Family Dental went above and beyond for me. They didn’t turn me away when I needed help, and they took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly.
