Smile Dental Care

The front desk receptionist was extremely rude. I tried to explain I missed my appointment due to no confirmation being sent email, text, phone call nothing. She yelled at me and stated "I called the wrong dental office" which I didn’t. Told me she will be taking me off the schedule and hung up on me. I hate leaving reviews but you should work on your customer service skills dealing with patients. If you don’t like your job don’t take it out on us.

Dr seok is incredible. He is extremely kind and professional. whenever I visit he made the whole process stress free. it is the only dentist I trust.

It is impossible for me to say enough good things about Smile Dental Care! I felt more at ease in their calming office than I ever had in a dental setting before. My sincere thanks go to Dr. Seok for being so kind and gentle - he really listened to my concerns and eased my anxiety about the visit. I've been going here for several years now, and can say that Dr. Seok and his staff are great! I appreciate how careful staff are about pain as they do their thorough work. Plus when I've had dental emergencies, they've always found time to work me quickly into the schedule.

I am 50 years old, and have been to several dentists as a child and as an adult. Dr Seok is THE BEST dentist I have ever been to. Very professional, great bedside manners, takes time with his patients, explains everything in details. I have been a patient for 5 years now. I never had to wait! Appointment are always on time. Staff is fantastic especially his front desk. My wife and our children go to him, as well as brother in law.I referred several patients to his office that all loved his care. He always makes sure you are comfortable. What a fantastic dentist!!

We were looking for a local dentist in Ellicott City area and didn't quite find one we really liked until we came across Smile Dental Care few years back. Dr. Seok has been our family dentist for several years now and we are very happy with his service. He really takes the time to go over the procedures be it a regular cleaning or something more extensive than that. We love the very clean/tidy "state of the art" facility and the courteous/professional service. Being two working parents with two kids we also really appreciate the very prompt scheduling and appointment times without having to wait for long times after getting to the dental office.
