Our entire family and even our shop employees all come here, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience at Ace Dental Clinic. From start to finish, the care is outstanding. Everyone is incredibly kind, welcoming, and truly makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Shin is an amazing dentist — very knowledgeable, gentle, and someone you can genuinely trust. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and always puts patients first. The staff are all highly professional, organized, and attentive. You can tell they really care about what they do and about their patients. This is a clinic we confidently recommend to our family, friends, and anyone looking for top-quality dental care. Absolutely the best dental clinic around!

AJ, the dental hygienist, was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly thorough yet gentle, taking the time to explain every step of the process. It’s clear AJ takes great pride in her work; my teeth have never felt cleaner! Her friendly demeanor really helped put me at ease throughout the cleaning. Dr. Shin was equally impressive. He is knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. It’s rare to find a dentist who balances high-level expertise with such a genuine, personable approach to patient care. This dentist office is clean and organized. Any time I have an appointment, I am seen right away. If I ever have any issues with my aligners or my teeth, they are able to schedule me very quickly. Every dental hygienist that I have been treated by here has been thorough with their cleanings and very friendly. Dr. Shin is kind, knowledgeable, and always answers all my questions. I highly recommend going here!

We came in for my father-in-law’s dental concern, and the experience was excellent. Dr. Shin took time to explain everything clearly and in a way that was easy for an older adult to understand. Different treatment options were discussed, including why each option might or might not be suitable. It was clear they genuinely care about patient education and prevention, not just treatment.

I would avoid this office at all costs. I was getting my teeth scanned with the intraoral scanner. The dental assistant using the handheld wand device was hitting (banging)my front tooth several times. Dr. Shin was startled when he saw her hit my front tooth several times. After I left the office the tooth started to throb. I eventually scheduled to come in to see about the tooth and the same exact dental assistant who did the scan was the one who took the X-ray. I confronted dental assistant I told her the reason why my tooth is throbbing is because she hit it several times with the handheld wand device (and the handheld device looks heavy imagine somebody hitting your tooth several times with it). His dental assistant did not deny it that she hit my front tooth she told me because my mouth is small. That is not a reason to injure a person's front tooth because their mouth is small. I went to another dental office and they used the same scanning method and I did not have any issues getting my teeth scanned. My tooth from time to time still throbs to this day. And I never ever had a issue with that tooth until that incident. Dr Shin denied the incident even when he witnessed his dental assist hitting my front tooth. These type of doctors do not go to them they gaslight and manipulate you stay far away from these type of doctors. And I had other incidences with him but I'll mention just one. Do not go to doctors who do such things like this.

I love this dentist so much! The workers are always so efficient, professional, and kind every time I come in for a check up. You can tell their top priority is to make the customer feel comfortable. Definitely check this place out!

Had my first visit at ace dental. Great experience. The service was amazing. Dr. Shin And the hygienists were both so helpful & so kind! Simply amazing. One of the best cleanings I’ve had! Highly recommend.
