Laguna Dental & Orthodontics - Elk Grove

We have been going to Laguna Dental & Orthodontics for a year now. One of my children has orthodontia done there. The staff is friendly and helpful and we are very pleased with their service. Would definitely recommend.

I had the most amazing experience with Dental Hygienist Melissa and Dr. Ross during my routine cleaning. Melissa has some of the best customer service skills I’ve ever encountered—she made me feel completely at ease from the moment I sat in the chair. Not only is she incredibly warm and professional, but she’s also an excellent clinician. She was thorough, took her time, and left my teeth feeling exceptionally clean, shiny, and well-polished. I truly appreciated the care and attention to detail she provided. This was my best dental office experience. They are also really good at reminding which is very helpful who have a life on the go 🙂

My husband and I love over an hour away and the drive is totally worth it after working with Dr. Martin, Susie and Melissa. They are absolutely amazing. Phenomenal bedside manner and so friendly. What I love most is they are straight to the point and want you to leave comfortably and be comfortable through your visit. Amazing.

Everyone, including the Dentist, were pleasant, professional, and caring. They explained the process and costs without rushing through it. I would totally recommend this dental office for excellent service. Suzie, the receptionist, was extremely warm and helpful. I've never been to such a wonderful dental office. They've set the bar high!!! I'm deathly frightened of dental offices due to past experiences and I'm also embarrassed of the condition of my teeth. They took my fears and embarrassment away. I'm so thankful I went today.

This is the best dental office I have ever been to! They are kind, helpful in explaining what they are doing and why, step by step to make you feel comfortable when you are in a very uncomfortable position so to speak. I love my results so far and look forward to continue my dental services here!
