I have been a patient for many years. The office staff is kind, and the hygienist that usually does my cleanings is very gentle and patient with me. Felt like a breeze this last time, thank you. 🦷

I was there for a dental cleaning with Thai. She was amazing. It was the best cleaning experience I’ve ever had. My smile is still bright after a month. Great service and great location: lots of parking. All the staff are so sweet and professional. Thank you Case Dental staff!

Unhygienic! The dentist came in to examine me for a routine check up and he had dried blood from another patient on his face shield and all over his white coat. If this is how he present to patients I can only imagine what goes on behind the scenes. They also tried to say I need to spend $500+ dollars out of pocket for a "deep cleaning" when I just wanted a basic cleaning that is covered by my insurance. They said the minimum they would charge is $165 out of pocket for a basic cleaning.

I’ve been coming here for years. Everyone is kind, welcoming, and never judgmental. They genuinely just want to help you keep your teeth healthy.

I loved Sinie! Very kind, however as a retired person due to limited finances I had to request standard cleaning and desk person made me feel bad that I was schedule for deep cleaning.

This was my second visit here. The first one went well, I really liked the hygienist and just met the dentist briefly for an exam but felt confident. However, on the second visit for a cleaning and exam I was charged $165. I had understood that my insurance covered Preventative Services. I was told, no that my insurance only covered $20, once a year, by the rather grudgingly patient office staff. I asked for a print out of what was done and called my insurance company. I was told that no, preventative services are covered at 100%. I’m now having Delta and Kaiser look into what is going on here. Beware!

The person running the front desk needs to be offered a job doing something that does not require interaction with the customer. She is rude and condescending. When I shared my experience of rude and horrible service from the front desk I quickly realized I was speaking with her when she said that there were many different people that work the front desk. Instead of trying to fit into the root cause of the complaint and correct the issue she defended the behavior by deflecting and blaming others. I have previously left a negative review because of her and today she has called me to take it down asking if I had planned on returning. She stated that if I had planned on returning, they would like the review removed..... What?! Since she tried to lean on the owner as the source of the call I invited him to call me so I can articulate just how she has interacted with me along with the observations I've made of her interactions with others. I really like the staff and dentists behind the scenes but this person is too much. I'll keep my appointment, I won't take this or any review down, I will update this and other reviews with whether or not the owner is truly interested in my feedback and I'll complete more reviews based on my next visit. Madam you have motivated me to critique that office with a white glove. It costs nothing to be kind and courteous, but it is going to cost you for being salty.
