I feel sorry for some people may had bad experiences or misunderstanding. I’ve been seeing Dr Basin for 8 years. He’s man of few words. He’s serious. No nonsense. But taking care my teeth all these years! He’s thinking about patients (even I am Medicaid patient) from professional point of view much more than we think. One time he suggested to change insurance company in order to continue to receive care. Or he give me choices to avoid insurance charges. From that experience I think he’s more focusing patients than making money. He maybe looks not so friendly(sorry Doctor!😆🙇🏻‍♀️) but I like him because if I ask questions he’ll answer clear & concise. And he always get things done👍I respect & trust him very much. I recommend to everyone who can trust & rely on his treatment🙏

I should have read the reviews after coming here. The doctor is so RUDE. If you have medicaid like me don’t come here because this doctor thinks he’s doing his patients a favor. Please save the humiliation and embarrassment. The receptionist and assistant are amazing ( they deserve a raise for having to deal with this man).

It seemed to me that the Dr. was in a hurry. She was doing it all, xrays, treatment.... It was so hot in there, the sensation was that the air conditioner was off.

This was honestly the worst dentist I’ve ever encountered. If I could give it zero stars I would. The Dr was extremely rude and seemed to be in a bad mood the whole time. Was not satisfied please don’t waste your time going there. Great staff though.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I feel that teeth are so important and I don’t want you to make the same mistake that I did. When I went to B&k I thought that It was unusual to see that the Doc did everything, from X-rays to billing but, I tried to put a good spin on that and said that She was hard working. I went to B&k family just for fillings. I allowed her to do miultiple fillings. I had no pain when I initially went to the office but when I left I was in pain. I was in pain to the point that I could only eat on one side of my mouth. I thought that I just needed to give it some time cause the doc said that the filling was deep but the pain never away. I went back a few months later to see where the pain was coming from and she the Doc said I needed a root canal which is something that She did recommend last time I was there. So I scheduled the root canal. Before I went back for the root canaI I decided to see another dentist for a second opinion. My new Dentist said that my tooth was no where near the point of needing a root canal and that the pain was not from the tooth that she recommended the root canal on, it was from a bad filling that B&k gave me. This the reason why I was in pain after I left her office. He re-did that bad filling and I left his office with no pain. The reason that I’m writing this review is because I am again find that a second filling that she has done is bad because it is now sensitive to pressure just like the last one. I am again in pain.......I thank God that I went for a second opinion..... B&k should be out of business cause they are just about money and not your well being...... Don’t go..... you will be sorry..........

Dentisit was very rude. Not helpful or understanding at all. Online they say they take certain insurances but in person he was so rude about it. Please do not come here very money hungry and not helpful at all

Very nice with everyone I came in contact with. At the end of the visit, everything was in detail on what needs to be done in the future. Overall wonderful staff, service, and most of all dentistry work.
