I went in for a retie and had such a positive experience. Veronica was so kind and patient, and she made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She worked efficiently but never rushed, and she explained what she was doing so I felt completely at ease. Appointments like this can sometimes be uncomfortable, but she made it smooth and stress free. Thank you for the excellent service!

Abra needs to organize the system they have going better. Horrible wait time. The pediatric side is quick. My self and my daughter’s appointments are always ten minutes apart. I usually check us both in at the same time. We are here for cleanings. Once she is done we get walked over to the adult side for myself and someone checks me in again. & then it seems like I get bumped to the end of the wait list. They put you back in a full lobby where you can see patients just coming in and getting called in before you. They clear out more than half the lobby and you’re just sitting there. Appointment was 920 and it’s a quarter after 11 and I haven’t even been called in for my X-ray. Moral of the story is clear your schedule if you have to come here. I will be switching my dentist cuz I’m finally tired of it. I have never left here in under 2 hours mean while I pick the earliest appointments so I can be in an out but it never happens. It’s 1140 and I walked out with no cleaning. They also need to let the staff know that the seats are for patients.

I had an outstanding experience with Dr. David, Natalie, and Catherine. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. Dr. David was not only professional but also genuinely caring, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly. Natalie, who handled the X-rays, was incredibly attentive and made sure I was at ease throughout the process. And Catherine, the doctor’s assistant, was warm and welcoming, ensuring that I felt supported every step of the way. Together, they created such a positive and caring environment, and I’m truly grateful for their excellent service.

Benny was amazing!!! I had an issue with a payment for my daughter’s braces being taken out on the wrong day and it wasn’t an issue at all for him. It was taken care of right away!! Not only is the assistance, doctor’s, and staff amazing so is the facility itself. Been coming here for years! I travel from Florida just to make sure my children and myself have the best care!!!

My sons are seen at abra dental. It’s an excellent office and they work quick. My youngest needed some fillings done before turning 3 and they worked quick and were very accommodating and tender with him. On our next follow up, he had such a good experience the first time that he was able to follow instructions the next time we went for an appointment. Victoria is very kind and explained the routine for the cleanings with detail and answered any questions I had.
