They lied and used x rays of someone’s teeth that weren’t even mine and they drilled my perfectly good teeth to make it seem like I had 9 cavities went to another dentist said my teeth were fine got scammed like 4 of my teeth don’t go.

They lied and said I had 9 cavities up front. The dentist drilled my perfectly good teeth. Went to my other dentist said I had no cavities, so there wasn’t a reason for them to drill them. Asked for white fillings, they decided to do grey. Don’t even bother coming here, the dentist up front isn’t good. They just care about money, and not there patients.Doesn’t know what he’s doing. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend, go somewhere else.

Lousy, lousy, lousy service. I had an appointment at 5:30pm. After waiting for an hour, I had to go to the receptionist desk to remind her of my appointment. She informed me that they were running late. No one had the courtesy to inform me before I got up and asked. She did not offer to reschedule my appointment or see another Dentist. No apology, nothing. They then take me to an examining room, 7pm comes around and once again I have to get up and ask if I am going to be seen. The Dental assistant's blame the front office for overbooking, the front office blames the dental staff for falling behind. A rude 'masculine" looking assistant informs me that since I am not satisfied, I can call the office manager the next day and complain. She literally starts arguing with me. 7:30pm comes around and they inform me that the Dentist needs to go home because if she stays and works on me, she won't be able to get home until 10pm. Then they still have the nerve to wonder why I am really upset. On the wall they have a sign referencing respect which they obviously have idea on how to offer it to their paying customers. They forget that if it were not for us choosing to support their Dental office, they would not have a job. If i were able to give them a zero, I would. They show no respect for their paying customer's time. They really don't care about you losing your time since they are getting paid for their time. Once again, lousy, lousy, overall customer service. Their receptionist and the dental assistant need to get trained on how to treat customers regardless of if we are upset due to the staff there not having time management skills.

Got a cleaning done, they kept avoiding the polish part. I reminded them as they tried sending me on my way twice and they rushed through it. Had a bad first experience in the Dental side. Despite that incident, I’ve had braces on the orthodontist side with Doctor Martinez and I must say They offer great service and care since. Great environment overall.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would horrible horrible place would never go back again I called a week before to make my appointment it was at 4 I got there at 3:50 and I wasn’t called in till 530! And all they did was take x-rays and I was back in the waiting room when I called I said specifically for ortho and when I checked in I mentioned it as well and I got called in a second time it was at 6:30 I then asked if I was eligible for braces they then tell me the ortho just left and won’t be back till next month and blame me saying I should’ve mentioned it before which I clearly did when I booked the appointment and when I arrived. They did not apologize or anything they wasted my time so unprofessional do not recommend take your business elsewhere! They even said I have 2 cavities and when I went back to my regular dentist they said I didn’t so do not recommend what’s so ever

Terrible place. I came here because I had a toothache and they gave me a nerve treatment but I felt a lot of pain after 3 days and I went to another dentist and they said that they filled my tooth with cotton. Later I found out that the doctor who treated me here did not know how to treat nerves at all. Don’t come here. Still mad I didn’t sue them

They keep calling me for another patient (I'm not or ever was a patient there). I tell them it's the wrong number and stop. They wont, they keep calling from different or private number I cant block every call.
