I'm still new to the practice but I can say with certainty that everyone is professional, friendly, and most importantly excellent with patient care. I am one who is still terrified when having dental work done and not only was I put at ease but I was treated with gentle hands. By the end of my appointment I felt great about the whole visit!!! Definitely recommend Dr Rouel and staff!!! Great people all around ☺️

Great experience from the moment I walked through the door. All staff were friendly and welcoming. I was brought back for my appointment right away. Dr Rouel was very calm and kind. I didn’t feel like he was trying to be a salesman, but, truly cared about me and my needs. Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience with Dr. Fadi and his team! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and welcome. Dr. Fadi is not only professional and knowledgeable, but he also takes the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand. He truly cares about his patients and goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable during the entire process. The office is clean, modern, and well-run, and I never feel rushed. I can honestly say this has been the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend Dr. Fadi to anyone looking for a caring and skilled dentist.

Visited this morning for a dental cleaning exam and x-ray, I was delighted to see how beautiful the office was in all the girls were smiling. The staff was so nice. Dr. Rouel was very welcoming & very knowledgeable. So happy to have him in East County. Best dentist office in El Cajon city!!

I had such a great experience at this dental office! I went in for a cleaning and everything was smooth from start to finish. The staff was welcoming and the office was comfortable. Dr. Rouel was super informative and kind- he seemed to genuinely care when he was doing my exam. Highly recommend this office if you’re looking for a new dentist!

CAUTION: tried to upsell. Michelle Forster is very rude and unprofessional. I got a quote. Then was quoted a different price. They said that they didn’t remember the initial quote and they never wrote it down. They said that they didn’t have time to go back and forth about it. Asked to speak to her supervisor and she refused. I told them I would go somewhere else and she replaced "good we don’t want to have you as a patient. " wow.
