We had an amazing experience with this dental/orthodontic office. My teenage son completed his orthodontic treatment with regular braces, and everything went exactly as planned. His alignment was completed within the expected time frame, and the results are absolutely perfect. The care, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout his treatment made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Because of how positive our experience was with my son, I confidently decided to start my own orthodontic journey as a middle-aged adult—and I couldn’t be happier with that decision. My treatment is progressing wonderfully, and I can already see the transformation toward a perfect smile. This office truly provides exceptional orthodontic care for both teens and adults. I’ve been coming here for almost 3 years now and i love it. Everyone so nice, i love coming and seeing everyone. I got my braces done and i have my perfect smile now. The only thing that sucks about being done with my braces is that i don’t come here as often anymore. I recommend this place to everyone!

I had a great experience getting braces at El Cajon Dental and Orthodontics. The staff is friendly, professional, and always made me feel comfortable at every visit. I just moved here from out of state and was looking to resume my dental work. I had several fillings to be done and a root canal, but the doctor and DA showed me lots of empathy and respect. They are very knowledgeable and am excited to continue my dental work here.

Very disappointing experience and extremely poor management. I called ahead and was clearly told the visit would be $39 for new patients since they weren’t sure if I was considered "returning." I agreed to that price before coming in. After the exam was completed and it was time to pay, the manager at the front desk suddenly changed the price to $69, claiming I was actually a returning patient. On top of that, the manager tried to blame me, saying I "should’ve given my birthday" when booking — even though you cannot book an appointment without entering your date of birth, and I know for a fact I provided it. The lack of structure, accountability, and professionalism is terrible. It feels misleading to quote one price on the phone and then raise it after the service is done. Very bad management and a frustrating experience overall.

I've had a great experience and are excellent at getting the appropriate work that needs to be done. Friendly environment and are ready to get the job done. Amazing quality of work. I'm towards the ended of my treatment.
