Honest reviews matter. Here is mine. I went to this dentist several times a few years ago before deciding I couldn’t continue care here. Looking back, I wish I had written this review sooner. From the start, I noticed problems with the quality of their work. Over multiple visits, my dental issues only got worse—spacing and alignment problems, infections, and overall discomfort that I had never experienced before. Young female (18-20yr old) nurses took the place of the dentist on several occasions (doing a terrible job I might add). Eventually, I had to see another dentist for a root canal just to repair some of the work done here. Even after that, my bite has been so badly affected that I need all of it redone since this dentistry grinded down half of my teeth. What stands out most is that despite giving them several chances, the quality of care never improved. In my experience, this practice seemed more focused on money than on patient well-being. I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone looking for responsible or professional dental care.

The customer service in this clinic is horrible. We had our appointment at 11 a.m, but they didn’t take us in for almost two hours. When I was asking why this is taking so long, first they said the doctor is gonna call you now. It took another 15 minutes and again they said he is gonna call you now. At last, when I got angry, they didn’t even apologize and said the doctor is having a hard procedure so you have to wait. The receptionist was really rude and didn’t even value the patient’s time.

The best dental clinic ever they are very nice and friendly, and doctor Mustafa did an amazing job he is very professional, thank you so much doctor Mustafa

1/5 stars - Unprofessional experience with Dr. Houssam I am very disappointed with my wife Anastasia's experience with Dr. Hossam at 4030 Dental Clinic. Despite making an appointment for dental work, Dr. Houssam unexpectedly refused to treat her after making an unprofessional comment. He indicated that my wife should "respect" him and ended the date abruptly and without notice. This unprofessional behavior is especially unacceptable in the dental health care environment 40,30. We left feeling disrespected and disappointed. I do not recommend Dr. Hossam 4030 dental clinic to anyone. Alternative review ✓ Disappointing experience - stay away from Dr. Houssam 2 "Dr. Hossam failed to provide specialized and basic services in the 40.30 dental clinic.

They do really bad work on my tooth and the reception is so rude

Very bad service. I have never seen such poor service before. I’ve visited this place a few times, and every time the service has been consistently bad. On one occasion, instead of the doctor, a nurse handled my treatment and broke my tooth cover using pliers as working carpentry.
