Kristo Orthodontics

Months after my son’s treatment was completed (which was excellent—thanks to Camille, Grace, and Steve), we had a minor sports-related tooth issue that wasn’t connected to orthodontics. Without hesitation, they said, "Come in right away and we’ll take care of it." Huge thanks to the scheduler (Jess?) for calling back quickly, and to Brook for sitting with my son, chatting with him, and keeping him company. Thanks as well to the other staff who checked in—this is what I consider service that goes well beyond the scope of any orthodontic treatment. They even helped us get the supplies my son needed to get back into hockey quickly, even though it had nothing to do with his orthodontic care. I doubt anyone else provides this level of care and compassion. My son feels like a celebrity every time he comes in there. Thank you Kristo team!

Very happy with my first time customer service, first time teeth cleaning and filled cavities. No discomfort at all. Let me know the price as an estimate. So I could make a future plan on some other dental work.

Dr Grace is amazing! So sweet and good with both my kids. Very thorough and answers all our questions. The staff are very friendly as well.

I’d give a negative star if one was available. Went for our appointment and we were timely and even got there 20 minutes early. 30 minutes AFTER the scheduled appointment time, I approached the counter asking what was going on and mentioned how long we had been waiting. The lady at the desk checked the computer and said how all the chairs were full. Mind you, we sat in the waiting room while people came and went that were there after us. I had to take 2 hours off of work and my child missed school for this appt. And it was all for nothing because we walked out and cancelled the appt. We will be going elsewhere. My child deserves to be treated better rather than be seen as a monetary gain. Shame on you Kristo Orthodontics. You overbook and fail to prioritize your patients.

Kristo was wonderful with the free consultation, my kiddo had a whole mouth full of metal here. The staff is top notch and professional, my daughter loves coming to Kristo.
