Hillside Dental

Been going to Hillside Dental for over 25 years. They have been fantastic from every aspect; direct care, customer service, billing, communication, follow up, etc. Being in healthcare myself, I understand the importance of all avenues of patient care. I have referred over 15 friends and family that have become patients. Would not go anywhere else :-). THANK YOU to everyone and all you do!

We were forced to find a new dentist when Anthem no longer offered policies in Wisconsin. While initially frustrated, it led me to Hillside Dental, which turned out to be the best dental experience in my 69 years. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome!

I have been going to Hillside Dental for years and am beyond pleased with the exception care I’ve received. From the greeting you receive walking in, to the compassionate and knowledgeable care you receive by the hygienist, assistant, and doctor in the room - I’d highly recommend Hillside Dental.

I was very pleased with the appointment I had to replace a crown. The appointment was completed all in one day. I have not had any trouble with the new crown. The staff is efficient, kind and caring. I recommend Hilldide Dental. Thank you.

10/10 Experience! Front Desk is always very welcoming, assistants are very knowledgeable and helpful! All the dentist do a wonderful job listening to patients and their needs without pushing for more money. Highly Recommend!

Been going here 50 plus years. They’ve always been great up until the last couple years. Not sure really why the change, but there has been some change in doctors and hygienists. The last couple times I was there first they tried telling me I should replace my old fillings With new ones because they’re kind of like Used cars you gotta take out the old and put new in… I said absolutely not. I’m not doing that. I have no issues. I also don’t have dental insurance so I don’t like to do x-rays Unless I have issues or at least As less frequent as possible. They refused to clean my teeth without doing x-rays, cause It had been two years… So I did the x-rays so I could get my teeth cleaned. Then the last two times I’ve been there they tried selling me a retainer Because they said I grind My teeth… Kind of strange that nobody’s told me that before In the past 50 years. I don’t know maybe they’re getting commissions Now or something. I made it perfectly clear to my doctor That I wasn’t happy with how things have changed there And he told me that maybe this clinic is not the right fit for you anymore And that is my choice to do whatever I decide. It was just a normal Respectable conversation… That was three weeks ago…. Today I get a letter in the mail from my Dr/dentist telling me that I’m no longer Welcome to be a patient at that clinic anymore as well as my family. I was completely shocked, but I don’t really care. I was gonna call and switch doctors within the clinic Anyway, but now I’ll just move on. Just wanted to warn everybody their new vibe there is to Try and sell you everything for your teeth that you don’t need! I also never noticed this until I went online to do a review…. Hillside dental has one of the lowest ratings in our area…. There’s obviously a reason!!! BEWARE EVERYONE!!!

We like the convenience but most appropriately we appreciate your friendliness and the fact that we are treated like family every time we come in. Over the many years since you opened, we have been there so guess that says a lot about your services. Thank you!
