Walking in, Jenna greets you with friendliness and a great smile. Sam is so caring, such an angel. Anna is such a sweet person. (I heard her tell Dr Tran that she looks forward to seeing me come in for my appts, so she can see what fun choices I have made with my Tshirts and glasses.) These ladies take good care of their patients. Your comfort is a priority. Go see them! You won’t regret it.

I love working with the team at Aspen in Eau Claire. Their team is always welcoming, professional, and explanatory. Today, they even combined two of my appointments that were originally scheduled two weeks in a row. I appreciate that they do their best respect one of the most valuable things in life, my time! They’re always on top of getting you scheduled ahead of time at a spot on the calendar that works best for you no matter your schedule. So grateful to work with them!

Absolutely loved my experience from Jasmine making my X-rays bareable, Laura, the hygienist giving me hygiene tips and advice, and Dr. Feilen giving me options for my treatment plan and explaining everything in depth. The operations manager, Sam, explained my treatment plan and insurance coverage estimates. I loved seeing the transparency of cost of treatment so that there weren’t any surprises. Her office also reminded me of a spa with the scent of eucalyptus and lavender (I had to ask cause I was obsessed 🤭). I overheard the eau claire team hyping each other up and being so supportive of one another. So happy to have established care here. 🥰

When you go in it is very friendly. Seams like a good place to go. Then they get a plan ready to get your dental back to being good.. Which is great. Then they get you to start doing your appointments. They have you take out a credit account. They charge everything on that account and dont even bother going through your insurance like they said. And most of the charges are things that they HAVE NOT even done yet. Then they set you up appointments. I have been called and rescheduled multiple times. Or they change the time of your appointment without even letting you know!!. Even when you have the card with all your appointments. They treat you like you dont matter. Your just money to them and not a person.

I felt very cared for by the entire team. I’ve had the chance to work with all the dental assistants at this point of my treatment, Krisht, Jasmine and the other one are all great! This group of people may be a chain office company, but they are all very personable and genuinely want to talk and help you. Laura is so funny, Jenna always jumps at an opportunity to help with anything at all! Sam is amazing with all things numbers, finances, and spreading generosity and care throughout. Megen is such a fairy.

All the staff was super friendly and made me feel comfortable. The gal that helped me right away, Anna, explained everything so clearly and answered all my questions. An awesome dentist office!

Anna and Gabby made my visit a lot less terrifying. They were very informative and thorough with everything I needed. Though my time with Dr. Tran was minimal, she was also super kind to work with.
