I couldn’t be happier seeing Front Receptionist Nichole here today! My heart was happy after the Best Customer Service we received from here over a year ago when I brought my Son for his wisdom teeth removal and every visit was such a pleasant one with Nichole! Super sweet and very knowledgeable of her work. I highly recommend Downey Modern Dentistry for your following dental visit. Their expertise is above all and today was over the top for me. Dr. Pessah was the Best! Very understanding and great with explaining every detail. After reviewing my chart. Her dental assistant Brianna was so sweet and Dental Hygenist Ms. Marie Hernandez was amazing too! She also explained so thoroughly and I was very happy overall. Thank you all so much!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Anika and the incredible dental assistant Sully. I had four fillings done in less than an hour, and everything went so smoothly. They were both so caring, gentle, and professional, and they really made me feel comfortable the entire time. I truly felt taken care of. Highly recommend them to anyone who’s nervous about dental work they are fantastic!

I’ve been to this dental office several times. Anytime I come in, I’m greeted warmly by anyone who’s in at the time. Nichole and Tina are usually the ones helping me in the front. They are very accommodating and understanding. I’ve had several people help me in the back while getting checked. All of them have been great and do such a good job to make sure you’re in good hands. I’m usually a little nervous to come into Dentist offices but people like Cesar, Sully, Pearl, Bri, and Roxana make my life a lot easier. It’s easy to come back to an office that makes you very comfortable to be there. I’ve been to quite a few dental offices and haven’t had the same positive experiences as I’ve had coming to this one. My dentist is Dr. Anika, she does a great job helping me maintain proper dental hygiene. I’m not good with all the terminology but she does a good job of explaining things in practical terms. I’ve gotten cleanings and a procedure done from her, all have went well. Her attention to detail is second to none. I have also met Dr. Ma and Dr. Pessah in passing who seem great as well. The whole vibe of the place from everyone is nurturing and caring exactly what I’m looking for in a dental office. Safe to say I have definitely found my dental office clinic for life with this one. I recommend everyone giving this place a try.

Breaking down my review into two parts: Regular check-ups: I’ve been coming to Downey Modern Dentistry for a bit now, and the team has been awesome. I see Dr. Le Wen Ma, and she’s been awesome. There’s even been a time where I had a toothache and staining from a tight nook in between my teeth, and they squeezed me in for an emergency appointment to check it out and ensure everything is alright. Wisdom teeth removal: This past week, I had to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. I was putting it off for as long as I could, but it was time because my teeth were impacted. They had availability for the very next week, but I scheduled later on. I was especially nervous going under since I’m diabetic and have to keep on eye on my insulin and blood sugar levels, but Dr. Marhabi and his team talked to me on the phone beforehand and eased my nerves. The surgery itself was super fast and they prepped me for every step of the way! Also, huge shoutout to the front desk, especially Tina, who handles all of my appointments and calls! Thank you to this office!

I had all of my wisdom teeth removed at this office. Dr Marhabi and his team were very professional but also put my mind at ease with some light humor and small talk before the procedure. This was my first time having any form of surgery and they made sure it wasn't terrifying. The receptionist Tina also is very thorough with both trying to find appointment dates that work with my schedule and also going into detail about the dental coverages my plan provides and finding payment plans that work for my budget.

I absolutely love this dentist office. Everyone is extremely nice, professional and friendly. Doctor Pessah is the best. They have blankets when you get cold! The office is very clean, organized and plenty of parking! Totally recommend them for all your needs! Ray & Janet at the front desk are super helpful! Call them today 😊

I had the absolute best service here. I came in for an emergency appointment for a broken tooth Dr. Ma and her assistant Sully treated me and it was the best dental experience I have ever had. So caring from start to end. I went in expecting an extraction they salvaged what they can and put a crown working their magic. Tina front desk was beyond kind as well and very very well spoken. Amazing experience especially getting same day permanent crown. Found my new home Dentist office 🦷
