I recently visited Downey Dental Arts after a long time away from the dentist, and I’m so grateful for the care I received. I’ve been dealing with anxiety and even had panic attacks during both visits, but the entire team was incredibly patient, kind, and supportive. They helped me breathe through it and made me feel safe the whole time. Thank you to Elizabeth for guiding me calmly through each step, to Juan for assisting during my first visit, to Dr. Sidhu and her amazing assistants for today’s care, and to Luis for the final work. They truly care about their patients. I have another appointment next month, and I’m hopeful my anxiety will keep improving. Thank you, Downey Dental Arts.

My husband is using the services at Downey Dental Arts, and we are so happy with the doctor Azimi, and his assistants Norma and Martha, great proffecional team, and kind persons. We highly recommend this Dental services.

Best Dental office ever! All the staff are so kind and courteous. Every time I set foot in that clinic i feel the love they have for their patients. I have been coming here for about a year now, and every visit Dr. Kristina and her assistants made sure I was property numbed for the procedures and really took care of me. Also want to thank the friendly front desk customer service reps, always so friendly and smiling . I highly recommend this office, look no further. They will treat you like family and you will feel welcomed every time.

The financial manager, Norma was so kind and patient with me when I had all of my 21 questions. She ensured I was well informed and did not rush me what so ever (with the amount of questions I had). My Hygienist, Liz, was a good experience. She provided excellent care and made me feel safe, being that I am always uneasy when coming to get dental work. Kristina, my doctor who extracted my failing root canal and her assistant Juan, (jack harlows twin:) was good to me! I'm so happy and content with the fact they pulled it out with no hesitation.

It was my first time coming to the dental office earlier this week. The staff is really friendly, patient and accommodating. After getting x-rays, the hygienist numbed my mouth and soon after the procedure began. I was so scared but the doctor and assistant were so nice and took care of me. I was pleasantly impressed with my first visit here and grateful they relieved me of my toothache.

I scheduled a new patient appointment and was pleased to get an early one in 5 days. Later, they offered an even earlier slot the next day, which I accepted and took time off work for. I arrived around 9:15 a.m. for my 10:00 a.m. appointment, but the office was closed. When I called, they said they don’t open until 10:00. Once inside, the front desk person told me their internet was down and that he couldn’t check me in as a new patient. He spoke in a manner as if he owned the place, which was unprofessional.

If I can give it a 0 I will. Ever since this office changed managers to "Marisol" has been a hassle. Not only they made me pay 700 more for my braces due to their negligence.Unfortunately I can’t change ortho for my son, a constant appointment issue.. Marisol talks about patients underneath her breathe when we come with concerns and states that we the patients assume when the receptionist tell us otherwise.. misleading information. Music is loud, the screens are visible. What happened to HIPAA ..
