I’ve been a patient of this office for over 12 years, and I want to say that Dr. Q and his dental staff are truly great — caring, skilled, and professional. Unfortunately, I’ve decided to leave the practice because of ongoing issues with the front office administration. As a patient, I expect the administrative staff to be supportive when it comes to helping resolve billing and insurance matters. While they’re very attentive when it comes to scheduling appointments, that same level of support doesn’t extend to working with insurance providers. On multiple occasions, I’ve been told to contact my insurance company myself to track down payments that should have been managed through the office. When I tried to speak directly with Dr. Q about these issues, I was told to go through Pam — who is, unfortunately, part of the problem. I’ve lost confidence that my concerns are being communicated or handled appropriately. Dr. Q and his dental team are wonderful, but if you value a smooth and supportive billing experience, be prepared to manage much of that process on your own. --> Are you serious with your candid reply? Did you not read the part about trying to reach out direct? If you did take this matter seriously you would look me up and call me directly.

Probably the best experience I have ever had I going to a dentist office in my life, I had a good dentist before ( Thanks Dr Zamboni) but my session with Dr. Qiu was an eye opener first the customer service was amazing Pam is very knowledgeable and willing to guide you through the process the best way possible, then from x rays to the actual work is eye opening and so much better that what you have experienced before, feel grateful and blessed to have been able to have chosen them in my journey.

I visited this dental clinic in search of a new dentist but was dissatisfied with the $489 charge for a bite adjustment, which I had to pay out of pocket. Furthermore, Pam failed to respond to my emails and calls regarding the need for additional x-rays, and when she finally did, she sent incomplete x-rays. I followed up via email and phone, only to receive someone else's x-rays two days later, which constitutes a serious breach of data privacy under HIPAA. I was disappointed that Pam did not acknowledge her delay or apologize for the mistake. Initially, I found her to be pleasant, but her subsequent behavior revealed a lack of patience and professionalism. As evident from my experience, Pam can be prone to errors, and I would advise others to exercise caution when interacting with her. I wont be going back ever again and don't reccomend. also i posted on their yelp look for 1 stars so you can all take a look at bad reviews they are usually at the end.

Beyond happy with my experience here with Dr Qiu and with my partial that he did especially during the holidays.

This was the best experience i've ever had with a dentist. I walked in there with no appointment. My tooth was hurting really bad. They took me in immediately. DR.Henry Qiu is the best of the best. I felt absolutely no pain i highly recommend this dental office to anyone who needs help with any kind of dental issues.

I recently visited Dr. Qiu's private dental practice, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. Dr. Qiu is undoubtedly one of the best dentists I have ever encountered. His expertise and gentle approach instantly put me at ease. The entire staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly, making the visit even more pleasant. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. I highly recommend Dr. Qiu and his team for anyone seeking top-notch dental care!

Dr. Q took over the practice of my previous dentist of 30 years. I was concerned at first with Dr. Q being so young. My last few visits however have proven to me , that Dr. Q is very knowledgeable, kind, thorough, caring, and patient. His staff is also very caring and efficient. And the new office remodel exudes calm and peace.
