Scheduled appointment in advance for whitening and cleaning. Arrived at 9am, had to get teeth scanned and xrayed. They had issues with the machine. Then they had to input info to start the scan I noticed they were putting in fiancés info but was advised its fine. Not sure if my scans were saved under her name. Then I was in the chair for roughly 2 hours before leaving without a cleaning or whitening. Bad experience due to the wait time and the potential mix up with documents under someone else's name.
