Legacy Dental PC

I had an extremely disappointing experience attempting to schedule care with Legacy Dental. The customer service was unprofessional, dismissive, and lacking basic communication and transparency. The office refused to communicate with other dental offices to obtain additional information that was clearly necessary. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was denied the supervisor’s first and last name, which is unacceptable for any professional healthcare office. The front desk scheduler, Jenny, collected information but failed to clearly explain office policies. Once follow-up or clarification was required, communication abruptly stopped, giving the impression that she simply did not want to continue doing the work. The information that was provided was vague and inconsistent, and based on my recent experience working with state dental offices, much of it sounded inaccurate. Overall, the staff sounded irritated by having to do their jobs and showed no willingness to go the extra mile to assist a patient. Scheduling anything felt unnecessarily difficult, confusing, and frustrating. This was a horrible experience from start to finish. I would strongly recommend avoiding Legacy Dental, as the lack of professionalism, transparency, and patient care raises serious concerns.

Dr. Purk and his staff are amazing. I was so nervous about having all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed but they made feel so comfortable and relaxed. The process was very smooth and before I knew it, it was over. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed here, and the experience was truly exceptional. I didn’t feel any pain at all, and Dr. Jeffrey was incredibly attentive throughout the process. The staff was so kind and helpful, making me feel completely at ease. This dentistry offers the most affordable prices in town, which is why so many people are referred here. If you ever feel things aren’t perfect, please remember the team is working hard to care for a large number of new patients every day. A little patience and kindness go a long way—they truly deserve it!

Kindest people ever and transparent about treatment and procedures. They were so incredibly sweet and made me feel comfortable from the moment i greeted the front desk and to the day i got my wisdom teeth out. Love them!

Idk why there’s negative reviews, but Dr. Purk took care of my wisdom teeth. I had 4 of them removed. I didn’t even feel or remember the surgery at all because they put me under IV sedation. It felt like 5 mins, but they said it took 40 mins. The negative reviews made me very nervous and scared. Please if you’re getting your wisdom teeth removed trust me you won’t remember anything. Ignore the negative reviews

I always read reviews about places before I go to them. When I read these reviews, I was baffled and a little worried to go here. When I got there, the staff was absolutely amazing! (Even though I talk too much lol). They brought me back for my consultation to get my wisdom teeth removed, and they gave me a pamphlet with everything that is possible during the procedure and how the procedure goes. While reading it, I noticed that everything in the pamphlet explains what people were complaining about… Seems like people just lack common sense these days… I loved the dentist and the entire staff!

I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed from legacy dental and their post-op was the bare minimum and when I called to get help with severe pain from 2 dry sockets I didn't hear back til it was to late. I had to call my regular dental office to get help. I definitely don't recommend going to this dental office.
