Innovative Dentist

I’ve been going to this innovated dentist since 1986 I have never had any issues My first dentist way back in 1985 1986 was Dr. Richard collar / Then Dr Farmer Then he retired during Covid. That I have never had any issues with anybody there Michelle, she was a wonderful receptionist up until she left.

Been going there since 2000 Sanchez is great but lately new reception staff since Michelle gone, that area is not good any more, rude over charging us for which the insurance company paid already, called with insurance company and hung up on us called again , used to be kind professional staff not anymore, talked to Dr Sanchez how these rude over charging staff is treating insurance cover people, not good anymore, it a shame how they get away with this, so sad , innovative dentist is going down hill cuz of rude front desk people , wish Michelle was still there she was the kindest person in the world and knew her job well and this would never happen what is going on over there so 😭 sad, the first time going there with this front staff, is bad Dr Sanchez this what going on at your front desk, they reflect your business there, this is another complain got another bill before 12/30/25 called insurance and didn't owe, the insurance company paid then called about a bill with no statement of date of service, they said it was from a 2024 extraction for which again the insurance paid for I told them even the date and time they paid this bill and trying to collect more money which is so wrong to do, Dr Sanchez, still letting you know what the front staff is doing to clients collection money that is already paid by insurance so wrong

Best dentist I have ever been to! I've gone to this office for most of my life. Dr. Farmer does excellent work and I've never felt anything when getting cavities filled. It is always a very pleasant experience. I have also always felt they are honest. The other staff members are always friendly and kind too. The wait time is very minimal every time, which I appreciate. I recently moved to a new state and will have to find a new office, but I will miss Innovative Dentist and their amazing staff and the friendly atmosphere!

The receptionist is sooooo rude. When I called to make an appointment to see the dentist, she talked down and spoke like a greedy boss? Wow... I can't believe it. She talked like I was getting free treatment even though I had full coverage from my insurance and paid my portion. Such a queen receptionist

Had a crown done here and it was a huge mistake, the dentist didn't do the root canal right so it got infected and my whole face swelled up, from excruciating pain from the infection and the thousands of dollars I had to spend on fixing this its been a total nightmare and I'm now in debt for something I paid innovative dentistry to do. Avoid an ordeal line mine and go to a different dentist!

I've been a patient here for a while. Initially had Dr Farmer until his recent retirement (Happy Retirement!). Went in today and had Dr Sanchez. Both have been incredible. I've always been happy about my experiences here. Awesome staff, honest knowledgeable doctors. Hope they always accept my dental insurance.

Excellent, honest Dental practice. I have never worried about getting unnecessary work done because these dentists don't do work that doesn't need to happen. The office staff are all very friendly and helpful. They work hard to answer any questions you have and to make sure you understand whatever work needs to be done on your mouth. Definitely recommend them to everyone.
