38th Modern Dental

I went yesterday for the first time to 38th Modern Dental. I was impressed how friendly the staff was right from my first step into the office. This is my thrid dental office in Denver and everywhere else staff was vague and unfriendly with long wait times even if i had an appointment prescheduled. Dr.Lee at 38th Modern Dental was punctual, explained everything that i needed to get done and was patient with me made sure I understand. Great value as well compared to other places, and the equipment they use is up to date. Abby, Dr.Lee’s assistant, took the fastest xrays and made sure i was comfortable through the process. Overall thank you to Dr. Lee and her staff for the highly profesional treatment I received.

Had a great experience. Easy to make an appointment. The receptionist was great. Their technology is extremely modern, making X-rays much easier than the large machines dentists used to use. The doctor was great, and he was the one who cleaned my teeth! I've never had the dentist do the work - usually a hygienist, so that was a nice change.

I originally picked this dentistry because it was close to where I lived and they took my insurance, but I continue to go here because of the great experiences. Natasha was a great dental hygienist, she cultivated a great environment and she was great about communicating with me throughout the appointment. Dr. Lee has also been wonderful to work with. I highly recommend 38th modern dental to anyone!

I’ve had a terrible experience with this dentist ever since the office changed management and providers. The dentist completed a couple of fillings for me over two visits. The first visit wasn’t great, but I decided to give it another chance. During the second appointment, the dentist hit a nerve while administering the numbing injection. When I told him it hurt, he responded, "Oh, that just means I got a good spot." The pain from that injection lasted for a couple of weeks. After finishing the fillings, he walked away without saying anything, leaving the hygienist to wrap up. He didn’t check his work, and there was a small raised spot on the tooth that he completely missed. Over the next few months, the pain continued to come and go. When I finally returned to ask for help, he told me I should have come back sooner—even though I had been hoping the pain would resolve on its own. He never followed up, and the issue was never fully addressed. To this day, I can still feel a ridge on the tooth, and it remains sensitive even a year later. I will not be returning, as it’s clear he either doesn’t care or doesn’t know what he’s doing. Highly recommended staying away from this practice!

This was a FANTASTIC experience! From check-in to the actual cleaning, both Gabe and Jasmene were amazing. They were so kind and Gabe was the BEST hygienist I’ve ever had! So gentle, very knowledgeable. It was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a dental office. 10/10, would recommend to anybody! Both my and my sister’s cleaning were fantastic! ❤️

What a waste of time. Showed up to my scheduled appointment and they acted like you were not suppose to use their website to book an appointment, then why is this an option? Then they said they cancelled my appointment but never contacted me. Complete waste of time

I got to meet the whole office today. Everyone was so nice. Great customer service. Beautiful practice. I’ll be going back!
