Always a good experience, even though I don’t like going to the dentist. All of the staff at the front desk are extremely nice and accommodating. My dental hygienist it’s also very gentle, Which for someone like me who does not like the Dentist, makes me feel very comfortable. If you’re in need of a new dentist, I’d suggest you give them a chance

i went there for almost 2 years, the 2nd crown they made for me did not fit , i paid for the crown after she took the imprint and before they delivered it. she grind it for 3-1/2 hours but still couldn't get it to fit. she tried a little harder, and the bridge fell on the floor and cracked. she pick it up ,rinsed it with alcohol and shoved it back to my mouth. i told her that it's very painful. i needed a root canal, but she was trying to fit the crooked crown over it. i left the clinic without a crown, and in a lot of pain. i called the clinic to get pain medication, they told me that the doctor will call me back. that never happened ,i spent the weekend climbing the walls from pain. the next week the sent me to get root canal in west boca, the doctor showed up to work 7 minutes after the appointment was meant to start went to the reception and started to dance with the staff, than he did the root canal but left a broken temporary crown on my root canal that is still in my mouth till this very day !!, THIS TOOTH IS STILL PAINFUL. few month later i got a bill for the bridge that was never installed in my mouth, i called the office, they told me to come to the clinic and we will redo the crown, i came back to the clinic we did 2 other bridges that were "priority" . i was dealing with some other health issues. and to my surprise 7 months later i got another bill for $2057 for the crown that I ALREADY PAID FOR!! AND WAS NEVER MADE AND I STILL DON'T HAVE IN MY MOUTH !!! GO ON YOUR OWN RISK!!! THE PLACE IS A SCAM !!! MY TEETH WERE IN BETTER SHAPE BEFORE I WENT THERE!!! NEXT STEP IS LEGAL!!!

Couldn’t be more satisfied with this location. The team was professional, on time, skilled, and organized. From reception to x-rays to the doctors visit and cleaning, everyone delivered. I also appreciate the cleanliness of the office! Special shout to Carolynn and Dominique.

Do not come here!! I prepaid for a permanent crown that I ended up not needing due to the tooth being completely extracted. They have been giving me the run around and refuse to refund my $610 for a procedure they never had to do. Maybe leaving a review will force their hand, I have been calling for 8 months to get my money back and keep getting told that they will look into it and call me back. Next step is claims and an attorney. Absolute fraud, STAY AWAY.

Great experience overall. The dentist was patient, gentle, and made me feel at ease. The staff is warm and helpful, and the whole visit went smoothly. Highly recommend!

Dominique was a great hygienist. She informed me of everything going on in my mouth. The cleaning was great. Can't wait to see you in 6 months!!!
