I truly cannot say enough good things about Dr. Shehadeh and her entire office. I actually flew in just for my appointment after reading her incredible reviews, and I’m so glad I did. From start to finish, my experience exceeded every expectation. I typically feel anxious at the dentist, but I felt none of that with Dr. Shehadeh. She is incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, and she took the time to truly listen to all of my concerns. She was thorough, never rushed, and explained every step of the process in a way that made me feel informed, involved, and respected in my own treatment plan. She did everything possible to keep me comfortable, and it genuinely made a difference. The office is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, which added another layer of confidence and trust to the experience. The staff was equally amazing—everyone from the front desk to the other dentists and team members was welcoming, professional, and kind. During my appointment, Dr. Shehadeh consulted multiple times with Dr. Jana Hamade, and it was clear they work seamlessly as a team. Both are extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, and collaborative, which made me feel even more confident in my care. I would wholeheartedly recommend this office to anyone looking for exceptional dental care. It is well worth the trip, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

The office manager was above and beyond with me helping me to understand the treatment and my needs. The entire team made me feel relaxed and well taken care of. I’m Brazilian and was vacationing in Deerfield Beach when I needed urgent dental care. At Ember Dental, I found an amazing team that speaks English, Portuguese, and Spanish, which made everything so much easier and more comforting. All the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional — and most importantly, they solved my problem quickly and efficiently. Ember Dental is honestly the best, especially if you get nervous about going to the dentist. Everyone there is so kind and reassuring, and they really make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. They take the time to check in with you, explain what’s going on in a simple way, and make sure you’re okay the whole time. Nothing feels rushed or scary, and you can tell they genuinely care. From signing up online to the courteous reminders, the friendly greeting at arrival and dental personnel and finally the doctors, the overall experience left little else to be desired. In terms of First Impressions, every person was extremely professional, you can sense the happiness and stress-free work flow on a typical Saturday (it's much appreciated that they offer a weekend day) and the send-off was just as welcoming as the first encounter with all the staff. The doctors are an absolute pleasure to deal with. I am very impressed with the impeccable service, the cleanliness and the high end equipment they use. I had never seen a 3-D version of my mouth where I felt like I was getting a tour of the inside of my mouth, tooth by tooth! Just that alone was worth the visit after an hour drive! Thank you doctors Jana Hamade, Haneen Shehadeh, Leslie, Felipe and the wonderful team, you have a fan and will recommend to everyone.
