The front desk staff is truly excellent—they are welcoming, efficient, and clearly communicate everything from appointments to billing. Scheduling is seamless, and they make the administrative side of dental care stress-free, which is a rare and wonderful thing. Dr. Craig Dentist's is an absolute professional. Their expertise is evident in every interaction; they take the time to explain procedures thoroughly, answer all questions patiently, and ensure you are comfortable throughout the entire visit. The quality of care is top-tier, and I feel completely confident in their recommendations. This team sets the standard for exceptional patient care. If you are looking for a highly skilled dentist and an excellently run office, look no further!

I had the most personable and easy first time visit! I was taken care of by Miss. Lupe and Dr. Craig. The staff was super kind and calmed my nerves of starting an expedited teeth alignment treatment. Dr. Craig educated me on how I could reach my goals and Miss. Lupe was so gentle during my X-rays and also greatly educated me about gym health and my options. I highly recommend this practice, they are affordable, very hygienic, and great technology. I’m super exited for my journey to reach my dental goals with them!

I wish this place was better. There are a lot of pros to this office and there are some wonderful staff (jacky and ebony and dr. mulano were amazing) though every visit reminds me to be weary of the modern health system. i have been lied to twice now that my prescription or referral would be sent to my email when leaving the office. i receive cold answers when i ask questions or ask for further clarity around billing and processes. i feel like i’m doing something wrong just by walking through the door, definitely don’t recommend this office overall.

The billing is always a fight since they never sent the proof my insurance was asking for and I didn’t understand why at that time but now since I moved I went to another dentist and turned out half of the stuff this office was saying me and my husband have is not true. So I spend money that I did not need to this is scary how a dental office can do this stuff to a patient also I remember before I moved I had one last appt for a cleaning and filling and since I had issues with the last filling I said let’s just do the cleaning and they denied me it’s all about money in this place stay away and call your insurance before paying anything also get another look from another practice.

Dr. Colon is very welcoming and warm. I felt very comfortable with her and the rest of the staff after not having been to the dentist for quite sometime. Very clean facility too. I would recommend Deerfield modern dentistry!

I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. I came in for a regular cleaning only, after being quoted an extremely high price (over $1,000) for additional treatment that I declined. After that, I was made to wait about 30 minutes, and when I was finally seen, the dentist rushed through my cleaning in under five minutes. My teeth were not properly cleaned, they weren’t even polished, and she didn’t floss my teeth at all. Despite the rushed and incomplete service, I was still charged the full price. The whole experience felt unprofessional and careless, especially for something as important as dental care. I would not recommend this office.
