I had to have a lot of work done stretched out over half a year. Dr. Mangal and his staff, especially Kathy, were absolutely wonderful all the way through. For the most part they did what they could to eliminate pain during sometimes many hours in the chair. They made me comfortable, they gave me breaks to stretch, and they spoke to me and explained what was going on. It was a complicated set of procedures ending in a beautiful smile that I’m very pleased with. I highly recommend Deerfield Dental for work you have to do. I’m looking forward to going back next month for my first cleaning. We’ll see how that goes.

My experience went really well. All the staff was really nice especially Michele who was very happy and nice greeting you when you walk in, it helped calm my nerves.

I had my wisdom taken out in the beginning of March and its yet to heal, it hurts so much. I called the office two weeks after and all the dentist said was go to the hospital and as well send me more antibiotic's. There didn't give me a follow up appointment and I paid $600. I will not be going to this place at all, but what I will do is go in for that follow up get an x-ray. I just called and the person stated I needed to go in today, I told her that I am working, she then stated well then we cant help you and you need to go to the hospital. They are very very rude!!!! I don't recommend this place to NOONE!!!!

I have been going to this practice for about 30 years now. I did not have any major work done but mostly cleanings, exams, and maybe some cavities. I never had an issue and the hygienist, doctors, and staff are very nice and helpful. I recommend this practice

I went here for a root canal, upon going here they advised even with my X-rays they wanted to do a $250 ct scan. I didn’t have a choice because if I said no they wouldn’t do the root canal. I did it then they told me my root canal would be $3,800 with using insurance. I said that’s insane I’m not gonna pay that much so I called my insurance and they advised me to go somewhere else as that’s not how much a root canal costs (mind you this isn’t even counting the crown I’ll have to go to normal dentist later for) I went to another endo that did amazing and charged only $500 with insurance. I also asked for a copy of my ct scan which I legally have the right to if I paid for it and they gave me a disc, I took this disc to the new endo and the disc was blank. He felt bad all I went through and he did the rest at no extra charge. I just got home and my insurance called me asking why I got billed again for another crown/bridge. I said I didn’t do it before I only did a ct scan here and they said no this office billed for a ct scan and for a crown/bridge. I called the office to tell them of my multiple concerns and the office front desk is trying to argue with me even though I have a copy of it from my insurance and they are laughing at me. This dentist and practice is very unprofessional and a scam. I’ll be calling my insurance and bank after I’m off the call with dentist as they are doing fraud.

The office staff was amazing. Tony and Judy were very kind and calming being.I had such high anxiety.They made me feel very comfortable. The manager was professional and kind and the dentist was outstanding. I highly recommend this office.
