The entire team treated us with professionalism, care, and genuine kindness. Everyone was attentive and made sure we felt comfortable the whole time. A special thank-you to Michele, the manager, who went above and beyond to assist us and make our visit exceptional. We truly appreciated the level of service and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

January 13 update: I have never been FRUSTRATED as you mention. I am extremely DISAPPOINTED at how your employee was rude and gave me false information! I am not obligated to treat with you so that I can have my teeth cleaned. Every time there was something wrong I never refused treatment, unless you couldn't do it (which happened multiple times and I went elsewhere as you are aware). If you don't want a bad review, maybe you should stop acting as this is the patient's fault and take responsibility for your employee giving me false information. By the way, I had already gone through an exam a few months ago, so I was clear for a cleaning. Again, shame on you! January 12 update: be aware that this office just sent me a letter kicking me out as a patient, when I was the one who told them I would no longer be going there as a patient. Also, this whole Florida law thing is a total laugh and it was used as an excuse to tell me I cannot refuse treatment with them if I wanted them to clean my teeth. They never ever mentioned anything of the sort in 11 years! It would have been more respectful to just own their mistake and tell.me their rude employee messed up instead of calling me twice, and leaving me messages saying it was all a misunderstanding. Also ridiculous to send me a letter with copy of my signed form, thus kicking me out. Shame on you! After almost 11 years going to this office, I was told I have to go through a dental exam once a year in order to have my teeth cleaned. The lady on the phone told me this is a new Florida law, which I had never heard of. She then told me that if I refuse treatment when I have this.annual exam, they cannot clean my teeth. Also, she went on saying I should do my research on the matter and that they have no obbligation of cleaning my teeth. As the conversation grew more and more weird, she told me that this Florida law has always existed, but is only now being implemented by the office. I had an exam done in June of 2024, therefore I am ok for now, but I honestly feel like I am in a trap and, unless I do as she says, I cannot have my teeth cleaned anymore by the office. Needless to say I asked her to cancel my cleaning appointment and won't be going back anymore. And just like that they lost a patient. Great job.

5 stars for Jess, Emily, and Dr. Cardoso! I was able to get in on short notice, and it was smooth and painless. As soon as I walked in, the atmosphere was very welcoming, which makes going to the dentist much easier. Thanks again, ladies, and keep up the great work!

Dona Edna is an amazing dental hygienist, Michelle is always welcoming and helpful with all insurance matters and Dr Andrea has been my dentist for over 12yrs, she is honest, caring and a great professional.

Dr. Andrea Cardoso and her staff are amazing!! They took the best care of my son at no time. He got his first exam and cleaning on the same day. We also love the quality of X-rays and how they are done fast with very low discomfort. Dr. Andrea is very knowledgeable and kind!! Simply the best!!!!
