I always appreciate the appointments being right on time. Jessica the receptionist was welcoming, kind, and provides great service. The office is modern and relaxed. The hygienist was very gentle I felt like I was at the spa. I haven’t been back in 3 years, i was with a different hygienist and Dr, I saw Dr Hana(?) on her white coat but I do think they should introduce themselves by their name to give credit and build a stronger bond for patient relationships. They answered all my questions, the billing manager also came and discussed the yearly membership plan with me. I had a good experiences here with my old hygienist and Dr. but it was even better this time. Thank you

The staff is very welcoming when you come into the office! This was my first visit and I will most definitely be coming back and referring this office! I've gotten a deep cleaning and I mean it was practically painless! Nye Dental of Dearborn has a new lifelong patient. I highly recommend this office. Today, was my first visit. My old dentist had out of date equipment. Most of my previous visits with my old dentist left me in excruciating pain. I will Never go back to them again! NYE, is the best dental office that I’ve ever visited. The staff is amazing . The doctor and her assistant were kind and gentle. I appreciate them for being so accommodating. Nakeia staff are so great. I need my two done. I think it wasn’t gonna happen and they got me in the same day.

Do not recommend dentist pulled out one of my front teeth, put a crown on it when in reality I needed a route canal. Dentist didn’t explain properly and I thought we were doing a route canal but then they shaved my front tooth down completely. I’m pretty sure they violated hippa and did this from a third party paying them for a humiliation ritual. Do not go here if you value real care and your natural teeth. I was 23 with decent teeth. They lied about cavities and claimed multiple teeth needed to be pulled but never gave a reason, a plan to restore, or even recommended a deep clean or cleaning. They did call to let me know 6 months after they pulled the first tooth that I need another crown with out exams or even considering a route canal. They also took apart some of my permanent retainer on my bottom tooth in order for some of my teeth to shift. Again paid for a humiliation ritual.
