I had a great experience at Nova Dental. The front desk staff were friendly and professional, and the dental team was very patient and gentle. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. The clinic is very clean and modern. I’m really happy with the care I received and would recommend Nova Dental to anyone looking for a trustworthy dentist.

If I can put no stars I would.I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Nova Dental. During a previous procedure, a broken file was left inside my tooth and the tooth was sealed without my knowledge. I was never informed that this complication occurred. As a result, I later developed an infection, and the situation is now very difficult to correct due to how it was originally handled. This issue should have been addressed properly at the time instead of being concealed. This experience has caused unnecessary pain, stress, and additional dental expenses. I trusted Nova Dental with my care, and that trust was broken. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office.

I had such a great experience at this dentist office! I want to give a special shoutout to Heba, the hygienist who cleaned my teeth. She’s the first person who has ever really taken her time with my teeth, and it made such a difference. My teeth have never felt this clean! On top of that, she is the absolute sweetest so gentle, patient, and kind throughout the whole appointment. I truly appreciate the care she puts into her work. I highly recommend this place,

The team and environment at Nova was phenomenal. Very clean office and everybody was super nice. Dr. Makki gave me an amazing examination. Very thorough and patient explaining all treatment. Thank you Nova!

No respect or courtesy of patients time. Schedule for an appointment when no staff is present. Wasted my morning waiting in the parking lot for an 10a appointment just for them to tell me they have no staff until 12p, and that they don’t see my appointment I made as a recall cleaning 6months ago. Sent me confirmation text and calls days prior. I’m not sure how the system reached out to confirm an appointment that wasn’t there. Very upset!

I became a new patient here last week. Their whole team is amazing! Everyone’s patient and easy to talk to. I especially enjoyed my time with Ayah, Lina and Jinan. The only doctor I’ve seen here is Dr Yahya and I will definitely be a long time patient here.
