I’ve visited this dental clinic three times so far, and every visit has been an excellent experience. The staff is always friendly, respectful, and very professional. The dentists are skilled and take the time to explain every step clearly, which makes you feel comfortable and confident. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and appointments are always on time. Unfortunately, my experience with this dental office was very disappointing. After months of back-and-forth, I found out that my condition was not even within their scope of practice and actually required a dental specialist, which should have been clearly stated from the beginning. I was repeatedly told to wait for insurance approval, while being encouraged to keep coming back with no clear treatment plan. It felt more like an attempt to maximize insurance billing than to properly address my condition. After four months, I was told that the insurance never responded — which later turned out to be misleading and untrue. Lack of transparency and professionalism. I would not recommend this office, especially for patients with complex dental issues.

This has been by far the best dentist I have ever been to. Everyone here is extremely polite and professional. They were very nice to my kids and when I came in for me they explained everything so well and was very patient. This is our new dentist home 🏡 ❤️

The hygienist Natalie was wonderful! The front office staff was very kind and very professional. Of course, I've been seeing Dr. Guindo for almost 40 years now and I never want him to leave!
