Dayton Comprehensive Dentistry

When my had not been to a dentist in several years now. My crown came loose on 11/24/2025. Ask round and called two places.. basically no chance to see a Dentist. My Mother recommended Dayton Comprenstive Dental on Burkhart Rd. I called on the 25th and had a opening at12:30.I was greeted by a fresh voice like a angel young woman filled out forms. Was taking back by Jessica, a well informed and experienced hygienist whom x-ray my teeth and with help of other staff members assess my dental situation. As well as Dr Seller coming in to determine if I could have my crown glued back in which they did successfully. At sametime financial team member came in showed my ins dentistry covered with a copay $50. A great team I see working efficiently, I appreciate you all for getting me in before the holiday. As always. My experience at this location was very good. All the people who took care of me from the front desk to the doctors were amazing. Always make me feel comfortable. I would recommend your practice to anyone who needs a dentist.

This place is always great. Been coming here for years and thanks to these guys I never understand why anybody hates the dentist. The hygienists are great and the doctors are great. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. They haven’t just helped me, but have taken time to help out other people in my life (who were not patients) in times of crisis. Good people here, all around.

My appointment was at 12:10. At 12:30 I asked why I had not been called back yet. Lady at desk went and asked, I was told 5 more minutes. At 1:00 I went back up to desk and asked AGAIN. She went back and checked, then returned to tell me that I would have to reschedule after I waited almost an hour to be seen. I LEFT! I will never go back there again. If I had been late, I would have been charged (I arrived at 12:00) my time is just as valuable as theirs so am I getting a check for my time wasted?

The hygienist let me tell you the worst experience I ever had. I had fill in Tuesday the doctor was great the hygienist was a nightmare she puts a contraption in my mouth does not tell me the item had a tail that’s going to get pushed in from the other corner of my mouth with sharp edges, it keeps your tongue an other parts of your mouth safe also has a suction cup collecting any liquids basically the size of X-ray bracket they use with the extra part attached that is the length of your tounge. Beat me up just to get it in my mouth drilling starts I still can feel pain I have to get more numbing pain meds so rips it out everything with an attitude they come back she again forces this item in my mouth also uses the sprayer bumps right into my lip no apologies or nothing after that the doctor dismisses her a day later my lip is puffy at the top on the opposite side of the work that was done then a day after that a puffy lip at the bottom in the area she was in really feels like a busted lip all from a hygienist I have pictures I took in the seat before work was even done noting on my lips they were dry though but that lady was very unprofessional I was dazed an mouth swollen on the whole opposite side. The fill in was great work as far as I’m concerned.

I have always been nervous going to the dentist, but you guy's make me feel at ease. I have only had a cleaning, and a couple teeth filled. But it's been okay and I feel relaxed.. Thank you! ❤️
