Whole Dental Design (Cosmetic Dentist)

This is a little long. So long story short Dr.M and the whole team there are extremely wonderful. Now for the longer story. I’ve seriously never been more grateful for the services I have received everyone goes through things and life just happens. I usually feel so ashamed and it’s like it already happened what more can you do. My mouth is far from perfect. They were judge free and helped me all the way, I am 19 lol I came by myself and I’ve never done any procedures of any sort. Never a broken bone or any surgery so to sum it up I was very nervous I also just can’t stand needles. She was quite literally an angel I could cry just writing this about her. So if you want someone who’s patient and non judgmental and does a fantastic job this is definitely the place for you. It was my first time here and it def won’t be my last lol!!

Upon arriving I should have been sceptical since the office was in the corner of a strip mall. Once inside the office, it seemed neat and clean. After the X-rays were completed the tech came in. I mentioned that I just wanted a teeth cleaning. After multiple times telling the tech I do not want a deep cleaning, they would not accept no as an answer. Then informed me they would not do a teeth cleaning unless I got the additional service. It seemed like a scam and total waste of my time. I would strongly urge someone to find somewhere else for dental work. There are plenty of legitimate dentist out there that won’t try and pressure you into something you don’t want to do.

Worst experience with dentist clinic in my life. lost 3.5 hours of my life Driving one hour Wait 90min Drive home one hour First of all, I don’t understand why when I first arrived, a photographer wanted to explain to me about veneers And how they can’t show me a digital image because it’s a special technique I don’t understand why a photographer is explaining to me about dental work I said I’m sorry, but I will speak only with the doctor Then I was taken for x rays, and I can’t understand why. The process was painful and they scratched the roof of my mouth because they didn’t take care The dental instruments were on the tray near my chair and they were all old with rust I came to this clinic to do veneers for $20,000. And for $20,000 there wasn’t one person who was welcoming or informative. And for $20,000 I waited 90min and never got to see the doctor Maybe the doctor is good, but I’ll never know because the welcome was so bad and they should think about who works in their clinic, and their process. Who will give me back my 3.5 hours that I wasted? My time is very expensive

My experience in whole dental has been more than professional, ethical and wonderful. They recently finished my smile, and it’s another level of beauty, of detailed work. I wanna thank Dr. Fundora for everything, especially for making my vision come true (yes, you are allowed to model your design) as well as the staff for always keeping steady and on time appointments, and for making me feel like I was at home. This is definitely the place, 1000% RECOMMENDED, it’s worth the price, not even because of that, it’s worth it because they DO take care of your gums and dental health, just because of that it was a privilege being able to do my design at this particular and marvelous clinic. Thank you!

They were all extremely rude to me. I had one lady actually make fun of me, she made me feel terrible, talking to all her coworkers right in front of me as if I didn’t speak Spanish too. They were not gentle or nice at all. I do not recommend this place to anyone

Honestly, I am very afraid of the dentist and I stopped going for many years, but on September 29, 2024 I decided to go. I called them by phone and Gisselle very kindly listened to me and helped me break that fear, I made an appointment and I remember that Monday having panic and with the help of Lissette and Gisselle (the best!!! always friendly and with a nice smile) at the front desk I was able to overcome my fears. Dr. Mara Cubero is the best dentist I have ever met and her assistants are also recovering my smile and my dental health. I definitely recommend this dental office. thank you WHOLE DENTAL FOR SO MUCH!!!

Honestly disappointed w this dentistry. One this place came highly recommended by my celeb friend. I went for consult everything went fine, but after getting the appointment situated is the problem. My deep cleaning was booked, about a few days after someone from the office called me to offer an earlier date for my deep cleaning, I was open to the idea but If it was not possible I confirmed I would be there for my original appointment. She offered a time and date then said she would call me back, she never did so I assumed my appointment was fine. Then they texted me a bunch of times to confirm my appointment which I ALREADY did (how many confirmation does one place need) I didn’t see the text until my break that my appointment had been canceled. I called and asked why, then I said it was not my fault that who ever called me days before offered me an earlier time and never called me back but that I did confirm my appointment. The receptionist although short offered me an earlier time or another date in June so I asked to please keep the original time because mondays are my days off and when I do most of my appointment. I also mentioned I had an ultrasound that day at 2 and 4 would be better. Day of appointment came and my ultrasound ran LATE. So I called the dentist to let them know I’m afraid I wouldn’t make it after all and that I was sorry, then she proceeded to tell me I’d have to wait til July? Now it feels like they are doing this purposely because who ever I spoke to after my appointment was canceled said they had other dates in June. I’ll be finding another dentist and I’ll be letting my friend know this place isn’t as friendly as she recommended.
