I had the privilege of being treated by Dr. Aldrich Sy for a dental implant on my front tooth, and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. I was referred to SF Bay Oral Surgery & Dental Implants by Dr. Galang of G Dental Group for oral surgery. I was very nervous and overwhelmed with the upcoming surgery. However, going in to my first consult with Dr. Sy, I felt a great sense of relief as Dr. Sy patiently explained the pre-surgery, surgery, and post-surgery processes in detail so I will know what to expect. Janice, the office manager, has been very helpful with assisting me in navigating the insurance and paperwork. On the day of the surgery, Dr. Sy’s assistant - Ana, did a wonderful job of keeping me calm and getting me settled in for surgery. I remember hearing Ana’s soothing voice tell me everything will be fine as I underwent sedation. Then, in what seemed like an instant, I woke up to hearing Ana tell me that the surgery was done and everything went fine. I was amazed at how quickly Dr. Sy worked and how my recovery process is without complications. I am truly blessed to have such a skilled surgeon perform my surgery. I also appreciate Adrian who conducted the post-op follow-up as he has been very patient and helpful in answering the many questions I have during my time of recovery. Dr. Sy, Ana, Adrian, and Janice have all been exceptional throughout this whole process from the moment I walked in to the office, throughout the surgery, and even through the follow-ups after surgery. They are all highly competent in their respective roles and are genuinely compassionate individuals. I am truly grateful for such a positive experience with this team and would highly recommend!

I was taken care of by Dr. Hui who was very kind in aiding with the removal of my 4 wisdom teeth. The process went very well with a very comfortable sedation. Adrian was the assistant who checked up on me afterwards after my 1 week post surgery checkup. He said the healing processing was going well which I can only thank them for their excellent service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have their wisdom teeth removed.
