The outside looks like a high quality place... The parking lot doesn't. I've only been going here for a year. They are nice enough... But considering that they still require you to wear a mask in the waiting room... Tells you all you need to know about this practice.

I do not usually write negative reviews, but had a bad experience and ended up needing to get a second opinion following my visit at this dentist, and would caution others to do the same. I came in for a routine cleaning on a weekend and ended up spending 2.5 hours at the office before anyone came in to do my cleaning, at which point I ended up leaving. They had me do X-rays and a consultation which I totally understood the reasoning for as a new client, but all these procedures were very time consuming and I ended up waiting about 30 min to be seen by the next person in between each one. The dentist after doing an assessment informed me I would need a cavity filled and a special cleaning on my back teeth which would be 75$ and not covered by insurance. I had never experienced extra fees for a routine cleaning, and have never had a cavity so I decided to leave and get a second opinion. After visiting my old dentist for a second opinion, they located no cavities in need of filling. I understand that some healthcare professionals may have different treatment approaches, but in my experience this dentist is not on the conservative side of when work should be done. Would caution others who are looking for dentists with a conservative approach that this may not be the best fit. Also they had informed me that I would not be billed for the X-rays (which they required me to get since I was a new patient) when I informed them I had already had x-rays taken that year. But after I ended up leaving without getting any work done, the office did bill my insurance for the x-rays they took.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Agarwal and her team. I got a full set of x-rays and a checkup. I had a second appointment to get three cavities filled I was nervous when I went in but she put me right at ease. Everything went very smooth and I am very happy with the results. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new family dentist, or needing emergency care.

Smilecloud has been so kind and helpful. I have a fear of the dentist. I came here seeking a high level of attention, but pocket friendly. I am so happy I found them, they are priced very well, kind, and attentive! Who could ask for more! Thank you Dr’s at Smilecloud!

The dentist was very nice. Informed of next steps as my bridge (done Monarch dental) came out and she put in a new one. Staff are quiet, but very nice. They do speak Spanish an English.

Being a patient of Dr. Agarwal for the last 9 years, I can say that I couldn't have found a better dentist. She is very friendly and has always made me feel comfortable. She takes time to listen to all my concerns and never rushes through my appointment.
