Advanced Dentist in Costa Mesa is an amazing family-owned dental office! Dr. Jorgenson is truly the best — knowledgeable, caring, and always makes you feel comfortable. The whole staff is so friendly and welcoming, and they make everything easy from start to finish. I recently had a teeth cleaning with Katie, and she was absolutely wonderful — gentle, thorough, and so kind. I highly recommend this place and give it 5 stars!

I had the BEST experience at Advanced Dental in Costa Mesa. I’ve avoided the dentist for years (like an embarrassingly long time) because of bad childhood experiences. However, from my very first phone call to walking out after my appointment, every single person was kind, welcoming, and completely non-judgmental. The front desk, dental assistant, hygenist, and dentist all made me feel comfortable and cared for in a way I didn’t think was possible at a dentist’s office. They aren’t even in-network for me, but I happily paid out of pocket and will be switching my insurance just so I can keep coming here. They didn’t rush me and patiently answered all my questions. 10/10 recommend! My only regret is not going in sooner.

I'm so happy that I found Advanced Dental in Costa Mesa. The doctors are so good and the staff is wonderful. There are no surprises with the billing either. They go over everything carefully with you before they start.

I am a terrible dental patient. My very first experience with a dentist as a 4 year old is a core traumatic experience and I have been terrified to find a new dentist. I wanted a dentist that specialized in "gentle" dentistry, took my insurance and was near either my neighborhood or where I work. Advanced Dental Care checked all of those boxes and had excellent reviews. When I called to make an appointment, the scheduler was informative, friendly, and I was able to get an appointment three days later, which blew me away. I filled out all my forms online and before I could even finish the office had called me back with all of my insurance coverage information. Gotta love proactive financial transparency. My first experience at the office today was fantastic. The reception staff was very friendly, upbeat, and welcoming. My hygenist was amazing (and on time!). She was kind and LISTENED to me. Her empathy and compassion made me feel at ease. Dr. Jorgenson has a wonderful "chair side" manor and he was clear and consise without adding anxiety or fear to the appointment. When I was checking out they already had a financial breakdown of today’s appointment and any future appointments. Honestly, the financial breakdown of the future appoints was really helpful for scheduling follow ups. Honestly, 5 Stars is not enough. 10/10 No Notes

I’ve only had two appointments so far at advanced dental care but both times I was very impressed by the all around care I received. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming and efficient with working out insurance changes. The dentist and hygienists were very friendly and clearly knowledgeable- making recommendations I’d never heard from other dental offices. Even the decor makes the office feel more homey and less sterile. Highly recommend!
