Wow!! Awesome!!! Excellent 👌👍!! The Dr. and staff were incredible. They listened to my fears and got it under control. Smooth with no pain at all. Incredibly affordable!! God bless them all!!

This place was ready to let me die. I called first and explained i was about to just goto the emergency room because of the state i was in. Golf ball sized growth on my face. They informed me the er will do nothing for me and told me to come in.I came in with a severe tooth infection and abscess. Paid 80 to be seen just for him to tell me he cant do anything about it. He didnt offer me any pain meds or even to drain the infection. Then gave me some weak antibiotics that i said i was allergic too. ended up leaveing 5 minutes after I was seen and guess what, I went to the emergency room later that night and found out I was septic and litterly on the verge of dying. I was immediately admitted to the er. I ended up getting iv antibiotics immediately and then had one of the most amazing, expericed oral surgeon remove the teeth and successfully cleaned out the infection. I was in the hospital for weeks recovering. I think it is very irresponsible for a licensed dentist to tell somone an emergency room won't do anything for you, especially when he saw the severity of my problem. It took me a while to finally post this because almost dying was pretty traumatic but I think people with more severe dental issues should stay far away from this place. They obviously dont care.

Great experience at Lone Star Dental on Airline! The staff was friendly, the office was clean, and the dentist was professional and helpful. I felt comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend!

Follow up review! My daughter is now 4 and loves coming here. Today when I picked her up from day care she tells me, ‘I yelled in class that I’m so excited to go to dentist!’ It’s a bonus for her because she gets a certificate of bravery and also gets to pick out of the treasure box. Now they have a Pac-Man machine… I also come for my dental work and I have always been greeted with smiles and never have to wait long. Dr Thomas explains everything and addresses any concerns. Took my 15 month old to her first dentist appointment. (I had been holding off due to the pandemic and still scared to go.) Once signed in they took us right to the room. Taylor at the front desk is very sweet. Dr Thomas was nice and explained everything to me and what to expect from my baby’s growing teeth. I felt from the time I stepped in to the time I stepped out that I had their full attention. I look forward to my baby’s three month check up.

Went as a walk in, There were fast, Nice and didnt waste no time .. would definitely be coming back again.. also there open on Saturday..

God bless Dr. Nguyen! He is compassionate, affordable and efficient. I have been terrified of dentists since I was a little girl because of bad experiences, but I would recommend lone Star Dental to EVERYONE!! I CAN'T WAIT TO HAVE HIM FIX THE REST OF MY TEETH!
