Dr. Rodriguez and her assistant Brian are absolutely amazing. They are kind, compassionate, and truly make you feel comfortable during every visit. Dr. Rodriguez is extremely knowledgeable and always does what’s best for her patients. Brian is friendly and attentive, which makes the experience even better. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent dental care.
This was my son’s first time here. He needed a root canal, and was nervous, but what an amazing dentist, and dental assistance. They were so sweet, and the dentist was like none other I have ever seen. She was so careful, and her hands were light as feathers. No crunching, or cracking of the teeth, that I am so used to to myself over the years. Usually you can hear every tool being used, and you can hear the teeth being fixed, but not with her. She did the root canal, in no time at all. I could not believe I didn’t even hear her tools. Needless to say, my son didn’t feel anything while she was doing it, and had such a pleasant experience. The waiting room is clean, and looks nice also. Now when I need to go to a dentist next time, she will be the only one I go to, and my son also. I can’t say enough good things about this dental office, and the prices were pretty good too.
Disrespectful Treatment and Terrible Service. I brought my entire family to this clinic, trusting them with our care and deeply regret it. The staff treated us with disrespect, and repeatedly tried to charge different prices for each person, despite the fact that we scheduled specific services at agreed-upon prices. No consistency, no transparency just attempts to charge whatever they thought they could get away with. Appointment times were completely ignored. Even though we scheduled exact times, we were forced to wait hours: one visit had a two-hour delay, another had three hours of waiting, without apology or explanation. I personally came in with tooth sensitivity and pain. They charged me a significant amount of money and did not fix the problem at all. The worst part: during a phone call with the clinic, the front desk receptionist hung up on me. Absolutely unacceptable behavior for any business, especially a medical clinic. Horrible service, zero accountability, and no respect for patients.
I've been a patient there for 5 years and decided to leave and find a more pleasant dental office. Mainly due to the current front desk staff and manager who gave nothing but bad vibes regarding a payment/transaction issue on their end, and their response: they made it seem as if it was my fault. And the fact that the front desk guy said he's going to have to charge me the co-pay on my next appt..to hell with that!! They ended up getting their payment per my bank transaction, but I never got a follow-up call or an apology for their internal issue that they had with their merchant. Overall, no longer happy there. It's not the same since Farah left. Farah was the best! The hygienist Adriana is friendly and professional, no issues with her. Dr. Rodriguez is also great and took care of the dental emergency I had with my wisdom tooth two years ago. However that front desk staff...no thank you!
I am very grateful to Maria (Office Manager) for the kindness she showed me when I called to ask if I could have a tooth extracted. She scheduled an appointment for me the next day. Brian (assistant) and Dr. Rodriguez explained everything they were doing to me. I highly recommend Delight Dental Smiles of Coral Springs; they are very professional. Thank you so much.
Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience! I sent my brother to this clinic for a scheduled appointment, and he was forced to wait two full hours with no explanation or consideration. After the excessive wait, they performed X-rays and a "first-time" exam that was completely unnecessary, since he has been treated at this clinic multiple times before and had already received fillings and cleanings there. It was clearly done only to justify extra charges, not because it was medically needed. Then came the shock: they suddenly claimed he needed a $250 cleaning, even though every previous visit we paid $99. There was no medical justification and no advance notice. And even so for a cleaning, this price is preposterous When I asked them to honor the previous price, they refused. After waiting two hours for nothing, they sent him home without treatment, and then attempted to charge an additional $50 for the unnecessary exam they pushed on us. Completely unethical, unprofessional, and disrespectful especially toward children. I do not recommend this clinic. If I could give them zero stars, I would! Update in response to the owner’s reply - The appointment was scheduled in advance, and both the treatment and the price were agreed upon beforehand. The claim that the patient was not registered in your system and therefore required an initial exam is false, as he was already treated at your clinic less than six months ago, during which he received a cleaning, a filling, and an initial examination, with receipts to prove it. Even if you genuinely failed to locate him in your system, since the appointment was scheduled through me, it is unclear how a confirmation message allegedly reached him but did not reach me. Not a single phone call was made to confirm the appointment, and text messages can sometimes be missed; under no circumstances should a pre-scheduled appointment be canceled or undermined based on an unread message, especially one sent to the wrong phone number. Your so-called effort consisted of instructing him to arrive at 2:00 PM, acknowledging him only at 4:00 PM, and then sending him home after presenting a ridiculous and unexpected price of $250, a charge he could not afford because it was never agreed upon in advance, with an enormous discrepancy between the agreed $99 and the demanded $250. There was no professionalism whatsoever: hanging up on a patient is not professional, yelling at a patient on the phone is not professional, and refusing to provide treatment is not professional. You may recommend a specific type of cleaning, but issuing an ultimatum of "$250 or go home" after a two-hour wait is bullying and a clear display of disrespect toward a patient. There was no price adjustment at all; the patient was explicitly told to pay $250 or leave, and after waiting two hours he left in embarrassment after driving an additional hour and a half specifically for this appointment. To further worsen the situation, you attempted to charge for an "initial examination" despite the fact that the patient had already been seen at your clinic four months earlier for a cleaning, a filling, and an initial exam, again with receipts to prove it, while conveniently claiming that an X-ray showed a problem that does not actually exist. It is particularly outrageous that my conduct was questioned, as throughout the entire conversation I spoke in a polite, respectful, and appropriate manner and genuinely tried to find a fair solution for both sides without sending the patient home untreated, yet I was not given the opportunity to speak and was instead met with dismissive behavior, bullying, shouting, and ultimately having the call abruptly disconnected, all of which I have recordings to prove, including a second call in which I remained very polite despite the unacceptable treatment I received. Money is not everything in life, and this is not how a self-respecting medical institution should behave.
I had no intention of leaving a review—I just wanted to see if anyone else had the same experience I did. But after reading the few hidden 1-star reviews buried under all the fake-sounding 5 stars, I had to speak up. This place pushes deep cleanings on everyone, even when they’re not recommended or confirmed by the doctor. The deep cleaning your team did actually made my gums worse, and the aftercare was even more concerning. I went to another dentist for a second opinion, and here’s what I found: your staff (I say "staff" because I never even met the doctor) told me to stop brushing and flossing a certain area—basically undoing the whole purpose of the cleaning. I also pointed out what I thought was a chipped tooth and was told it was "nothing." The new dental office showed me photos proving enamel breakdown. I could feel the damage myself, so being dismissed like that tells me your team just didn’t want to deal with it. Avoid this place at all costs. And FYI, it looks nothing like the photos online. The office is run-down, dirty, and the chairs look like they’re from the 1980s.
