Customer Reviews
Conway Regional Interfaith Dental Clinic has a rating of 4 out of 5 based on over 27 reviews on Google
There are a number of issues with the clinic, many of them because it is underfunded and not a priority for Conway Regional. The people are amazing, they are just not given the resources they need. 1. No one ever answers the phone. The past 2 years being seen here there have been days I called upwards of 17 times and never got an answer. 2. The policy for confirming your apointment is unfair. Even if you've scheduled months in advance, if you don't answer their call a day before your appointment they automatically cancel. This is absurd because the majority of people coming to the clinic are impoverished, working full-time jobs or multiple jobs, and can't always be available to answer a call of even have their phone with them throughout the workday. This just seems very unethical. 3. There is little to no talk of aftercare when you have a procedure. I was not told what to avoid or given information about how it might feel afterwards. To provide comprehensive care, especially to marginalized people, there has to be information and education provided after any procedures. This crates an issue with integrity and accountability. A person ignorant to how to take care of their teeth can have a procedure done, not know that they shouldn't chew or eat hot/cold foods on one side for a certain amount of time, and when they have issues they think it is their fault. This also discourages people from returning at all, putting them at more medical risk. 4. There is not a fallback plan for the provider or staff. If the doctor has a family emergency or is sick, the clinic cannot see anyone. There should be a protocol to continue care in these instances whether it be pulling someone from another clinic, or incentivising other professionals to volunteer/be reimbursed, or even referring out the patients in need to other similar clinics. Thus far there are no back up plans that prioritize the well-being of their patients.
The moment you walk in you are treated like you are very welcome in their office!! Very sweet receptionist all the way to the dental hygienists! They are so very kind and don’t make you feel like you’ve done anything wrong! They take the time to explain things to you and give you all the info you need to better care for your teeth! More so than what is just required!! The dentist MR.Jones god out of his way to make sure you are comfortable, no pain, and also explains what he’s doing before any procedure! Never seen a better dentist! Never been to a more comfortable setting for a dentist visit!!!!
They were really great. They took my tooth out the same day and made sure I was numb before they started working. They were quick and talked to me the whole time. It was a good experience. They sent me up with another appointment and they sent me home with everything I needed and answered the questions and showed me the X-rays. They also kept an eye on my heart rate because it can get high and found out how to make it less stressful. Highly recommend them. My appointment was for a later date but they had a cancellation and got me in that same day.
The best service, prices and care in my life. This is my second visit to the dental clinic. Both times I was treated like a gem. The entire process was priceless. Everyone from the friendly receptionist, to the professional dentist and his assistant deserves an award. The most heartfelt people I've encountered in a long time. Anyone that left a negative review must be miserable in life.
Absolutely disgusted with Conway Regional Interfaith dental clinic. They outright refused to treat my disabled brother, claiming they are "not equipped to handle disabled patients." This is not just unethical—it’s blatant discrimination. Denying someone medical care based on their disability is not only morally reprehensible but may also violate federal laws, including Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the ADA’s Principles of Ethics and Code of Professional Conduct. A dental office that refuses to accommodate disabled patients has no business calling itself a healthcare provider. If they lack the training or equipment, the least they could do is offer a referral instead of turning someone away as if they don’t matter. Accessibility in healthcare isn’t optional—it’s a basic responsibility. If you or a loved one has a disability, avoid this place at all costs. Any clinic that treats people like an inconvenience instead of patients in need of care doesn’t deserve a single dime from this community. I sincerely hope they face consequences for their outright refusal to do the job they claim to be in business for.
They need to reconsider their receptionist. She is not nice or welcoming to Elderly people. Im not sure why this office cannot see patients who have a serious need with their oral care. Instead they schedule patients 1 month out even though they clearly have swelling, a fractured tooth, and possible infection.
I talked to a receptionist week before last because when I originally made my appointment my tooth wasn't infected. well then my face swelled up and I ended up in the emergency room. They couldn't get me in sooner so I cancelled my appointment and went elsewhere. That was no biggie but then I got a letter in the mail today saying I can no longer make appointments there because I didn't show up to the appointment I cancelled.
