Dr. David Lee and his entire team have been absolutely wonderful throughout my orthodontic treatment. The staff is always kind, welcoming, and very organized. Every time I arrive for my appointment, I’m able to go in right away without any waiting, which I truly appreciate. Scheduling is also incredibly convenient — I can simply send a message to book or adjust an appointment, and they respond quickly. There’s no need to make phone calls or deal with any hassle. The whole process has been smooth and efficient. I’m very happy with my experience and would highly recommend Dr. David Lee to anyone looking for a professional and caring orthodontist!

Dr. David Lee is extremely professional, and his entire staff is warm, friendly, and efficient. We have never had a single issue throughout our experience. My son received all of his orthodontic treatment from Dr. David Lee, and we were very happy with the results. Later, I also came to him for spacing issues between my teeth and had a great experience as well. He is knowledgeable, patient, and truly cares about his patients. Dr. Lee and his technicians always provide excellent service to my son, they are very patient and efficient. we are so lucky to have him as my son’s Orthodonist, and my son always ask when is his next appointment, he likes them so much!

The office staff are equally wonderful—always friendly, accommodating, and flexible with scheduling. Although I live in Mountain View, I didn’t mind the 1+ hour commute to see Dr. Lee. The personalized care I received at every visit was worth it, especially compared to other orthodontic offices in the Bay Area that feel more like assembly lines where you rarely see the doctor. With Dr. Lee, I knew I was in excellent hands at every step of the process.
