Downtown Concord Dental

I had an awesome experience at Downtown Concord Dental! Dr. Lee and the entire staff were so friendly, personable, and welcoming. They made me feel completely comfortable, and the care was excellent. I also loved the atmosphere — they had Disney playing and even animals around like a turtle, fish, and a sweet dog. Hands down the best dental experience I’ve had. Highly recommend!

This is a review about a treatment done around 2 years ago. Dr Lee suggested I needed 2 crowns because the molars were chipped ( I did not have any discomfort or pain). I trusted the expert and had it done without root canal. He said he could do both at the same time. One of the crown had to be replaced 3 times because it would never fit well and it was bothering. I kept telling him it bothered and he said it everything was perfect so it shouldn’t bother me. He looked bothered every time I told him something was not ok. Almost as If I was making my pain up. I moved out of state and after almost two years of not being able to chew on that side I decided to go see a dentist and he said there was inflammation and infection and I needed a root canal. Always go for a second opinion.

It has taken me many years to find a dentist that I feel so comfortable with that I am virtually anxiety free at the thought of scheduling an appointment, and then actually committing to the appointment. DDS Aaron Lee and is entire staff are incredibly awesome! I am very grateful to have found them through an equally awesome coworker. This dental care provider is exceptional in every way. I had a great experience here! Doctor Lee was very sweet and answered any questions I had about my silver filling. He also went ahead and explained to me why specific materials are used for fillings, etc, and answered any questions I had during my time there. The staff here were also very sweet and friendly! They took me to Surprise, the office turtle 😂😂😂. He was really cute. I had a great time here, and would definitely go again for any future appointments!

Came in under an emergency basis. That being said, I was treated professionally and courteously over the phone and in person as well. All my dental and financial questions were answered patiently and respectfully, which I was incredibly appreciative of. The whole team was just really nice to me and the dentist had a sense of humor. Will come back. Edit: 8/30/23 Came in for another routing cleaning. As always, Dr. Lee and the staff is professional and polite. Dr. Lee tells you how it is and your best course of action which I appreciate. Their time management here is superb as I have never been delayed in being seen and they always honor their appointments. Their waiting room is also awesomely decorated and the couches are comfy!

I can’t believe I have found Dr Lee at Downtown Concord Dental. I have never felt so at ease in the dental chair, he has a very calming effect(important when getting ready for treatment), and is an excellent listener. The assistants and office staff are so efficient and pleasant. I have never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen. Thank you to Downtown Concord Dental

Dr Lee and his staff are simply wonderful. After a recent procedure I said you probably don’t hear this but I actually enjoyed it.
