Been going here since 2016, hit a few speed bumps over the years but for the most part Dr. Parasa has taken great care of our family's smiles and offered great referrals! She is very personable and remembers us by name. I love that!

Brought my son in for a toothache ended up needed a root canal. Root canal was finished crown proceeded after crown didn’t seal we tried multiple attempts and she blames the gums no accountability for the prep. Months later the crown is still on with temporary cement. Witnessed her talk about patients and employees. Gets an attitude when a patient is feeling pain during the procedure. Very unwelcoming demeanor. Feels like the office is ran for money and not healthcare. When I call insurance about it,will ask is the $50 cancellation fee legal for individuals without traditional insurance as well as getting the procedure done correctly since it was paid out before it was even done. Patients deserve better regret walking through those doors.

I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Parasa and her team. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed and felt completely at ease. Dr. Parasa is highly skilled, knowledgeable, gentle, and compassionate. She removed two of my wisdom teeth and took the time to explain every step of the procedure, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. A very unfriendly and unempathetic woman who we just talked to this morning should not keep her job unless she changes her attitude. This is a patient care provider business we're talking about. Not a welcoming tone at all, actually quite harsh, for a new patient trying to make the first appointment.

This dentist office always exceeds my expectations! Caring and friendly staff, excellent service. Dr. Parasa is amazing! Highly recommended!

No good dentists. The office staff are nice, but the dental doctor is unprofessional, treats me like I am a child or I am there for free. No medical discipline at all. The worst part is that they failed to put on a crown. When my crown arrived and I came back, they tried to put it on but they failed and I caught them reducing my healthy tooth near that without my approval. Now again they said they will try a metal crown. I feel they are practicing now and no enough dental knowledge. I recommend the facility to hire a good dentist, not these kinds of human beings.

I recently visited premier Dental care of Columbus on my first visit for a cleaning and exam. The staff was friendly and professional, the office was clean and the team made me feel comfortable.
