My 11-year-old daughter loved her experience with Dr. C and Kassi! They took excellent care of her. She needed to have 2 chipped / broken baby molars removed. She had her regular checkup at her old (pediatric) dentistry yesterday and they said the wait time for this procedure was 2.5 months (?!?). We didn’t want to wait. I called my own dentist office, CS Modern Dentistry, this morning: my daughter could be seen today AND they could pull the molars on the spot! We are both really grateful that she could be seen so quickly and also for the amazing care. Dr. C explained everything very carefully to both of us, was very caring and friendly, and pulling the molars did not hurt at all. Thank you, Dr. C and Kassi!!! (Yes… my daughter switched dentist offices and is now a new patient of Dr. C!)

Excellent staff and overall experience. As a new patient needing a filling replaced quickly, I felt very well taken care of. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating, and the doctor explained everything clearly. My filling looks better than it did originally. Highly recommend.

Honestly, this team is amazing. For my first visit, they did all kinds of x-rays and didn’t charge me anything. I have a dental plan With them now, and they offered a payment plan which I can afford. The first person who saw me when I was in the chair, was the dentist. Believe me if you need a dentist this is where you should go! The dental hygienist that had to give me a periodontal cleaning and scraping was so amazing the next day I didn’t feel anything! 5 stars

I will not be returning to this clinic after my recent experience. They refused to provide a regular cleaning unless I agreed to undergo two costly procedures that were not covered by my insurance. I visited College Station Modern Dentistry for a routine checkup and standard cleaning. Dr. Matthew Christy recommended an immediate deep cleaning and an additional procedure to "prevent a tooth that will likely break." This struck me as unusual because two different dentists I saw earlier in 2025 never mentioned any of these issues. After receiving a surprisingly high estimate from the front desk, I asked whether I could still proceed with a regular cleaning if I chose not to undergo the recommended procedures. I was told I could not receive a regular cleaning and only the expensive deep cleaning can be provided. I rarely write negative reviews, but I felt compelled to do so after seeking a third opinion from another dentist this week. After a full exam and X-rays, that dentist confirmed that there is no current concern regarding the issues Dr. Christy raised. In other words, the procedures recommended by College Station Modern Dentistry were not necessary at this time.

Billing staff ruined an otherwise good practice Dr. Christy and Ari Bonney are great, but the billing and front office staff are condescending, rude and unhelpful. When I asked for an explanation of the financial charges with insurance, I was treated rudely instead of getting a professional explanation of the charges. They attempted to get me to pay more by having duplicate charges of a consult fee in my financial arrangement. The clinical care is excellent, but dealing with the front desk makes this practice not worth it.
