Dr. Dental: Dentistry & Braces Clifton

By God's grace, this is the first time I can actually say I liked being at the dentist's office. The doctor and staff were great! I was there for the dreaded root canal. The doc and team understood my jaw issue and were very patient with me, the doc even worked around it when taking x-rays of my tooth (she got it done). Dr. Esmina and Lurdes were great!

Switched to this dentist and I’ve loved my experience. Really easy to book an appointment for my busy schedule, and even when I’ve been in for a cavity filling, my dentist Dr. Youssef tells me it’ll be 20-25 minutes and it feels like less. She’s very nice and is always making sure I’m comfortable. The rest of the staff I’ve encountered are helpful and nice as well. Very glad I chose Dr. Dental.

I went here for my moms tooth repair and they are so nice and kind. I had to wait in the waiting room for a LONG time until my mom was getting her tooth fixed the lady even offered me to watch Netflix On The Denist TV! They also have really good prices I would go if you need to go to a orthodontist/Dentist

Dr. Zhu is EXTREMELY unprofessional & left early while I was driving an hour away. I was stuck in traffic so I arrived about 15 minutes late, but by the time I arrived I was informed she had left… I have been coming to this practice for the past 6 years due to my great rapport with a former dentist, Dr. Pinto. Despite the astronomical wait times of an hour or more even with being the first appointment in the morning at 8 AM or 9 AM, I was willing to wait because she had excellent bedside manner on top of the fact that she was kind and professional and did excellent work. During my last visit last fall 2024, there were new receptionists, and they were just as friendly and sweet as the former ones. However, most recently, they hired staff that is poorly trained and unprofessional in front of patients as well. In my last check up appointment in August, Dr. Zhu, and the receptionist were actually arguing in front of me. I have never seen this behavior in any setting, and definitely not at this location. Yes, sometimes receptionists in general can have poor attitudes, but this was not the case eve at this location until now. After no one returned my call to schedule, I told myself I would not return. However, I tried to give the benefit of the doubt. Now, I will not be returning, and I will be reporting that to the Better Business Bureau because the infractions by the office lately are of great concern and a big disappointment from the excellence at this site was when the other dentists and staff were here.

Recently had a tooth extraction at Dr.Dental, and the experience was outstanding. The staff was incredibly professional, and everything was handled with the utmost care and comfort. Highly recommend their services!

I came in as a new patient with a painful emergency. They were very helpful with my insurance issues before we even got started. The dentist (Dr Youssef?) was WONDERFUL and so were her assistants. I was in pain and nervous, they were comforting and sensitive to my needs, and the Dr did a wonderful job being patient with getting me adequately numb. They’re my new dentist for sure. Mine retired 🙂

Dr. Zhu, very unprofessional, and left prior to my arrival to my apponrment. She also was arguing with the receptionist and giving her a hard time during my visit in August. I had to call multiple times and days to even schedule after new receptionists were hired. And in full transparency, one of my friends was a patient here, but when he went to another More experience dentist, they told him half of the work in his mouth from Dr. dental this past year was poorly done. This is the second person I know who’s had this experience this past year. Former Dr. Pinto would NEVER.
