Don't do business with Dr. Kmiecks office. They owe me a $150.00 refund that after 35 business and 3 phone calls of inquiry still has not been refunded. Services were NOT rendered because my friend moved nursing homes and Dr Kmieck did not go to the new nursing home. I was told the refund policy was 30 business days which is already ridiculous but I waited and its now 35 business days and no refund. I now have initiated a charge back through the C.C The office doesn't care and they are keeping peoples money for services not rendered. Zero stars more appropriate.
Love this team, they’re so thorough and attentive. Definitely coming here again next time for my dental care. Thank you so much!
