A Caring Dental Group

Everyone is very nice and patient at this practice. What is nice about this practice is that the dentists and assistants ask you how everything feels, make sure that you are not in any type of pain, and want you to provide feedback to them. They want you to be happy with the end result. My previous dentist missed cavities I had even though I went twice a year for exams and teeth cleanings. When I first started going to a Caring Dental Group, Dr. Kim shared the x-rays he took and showed me how a large cavity had formed under 2 of my older crowns. He replaced both of the crowns. I am very pleased with the work that was done.

Dr Kim is a great dentist very caring and gentle as well as detailed. The assistants and front desk workers are very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend for all your dental needs.

I highly recommend A Caring Dental in WestPark! Dr Phil Dawson - Dentist, Yahneshley - hygienist, Allison – receptionist - are all super kind, respectful, warm, professional, experienced, knowledgeable & hard working! The receptionist Allison put my husband & I right at ease knowing we were very mistrusting & skeptical of finding a new decent Dentist after going through a very traumatic, awful experience w/our former Dentist that saw me once! - & they are in our building at work in Lakewood (yikes! I never go up to the 5th floor!) Our former awesome long term Dentist had sold out to this man. I was stress sweating & had massive anxiety the night before my appt. Sept 24, 2025. Michael had gone first, Sept 17th, 2025 the week before & only good things to say about all 3 of them. Yaneshley was super thorough, put me at ease, was very friendly & knowledgable & experienced & kind & respectful. I was so thankful. Dr Phil Dawosn was warm & friendly & answered my questions & was very patient with me. We appreciate you all so much! We need more compassionate Dental staff like you all in the world!

I have been going to Dr Kim for 14 years. He always makes sure that I understand what is going to happen during a procedure and the cost breakdown. Dr. Kim is very caring. He wants to make sure that the work is done properly and I am satisfied and that I do not have any pain when I leave the office. My fiancé now goes to Dr Kim and he also is very happy with him.

I visited this clinic last week for a check-up. My appointment was at 10:00 AM, and I arrived at 10:10 AM. I was told I needed to reschedule because there wouldn’t be enough time for a cleaning. I explained that I did not plan to do a cleaning, since I had one three months ago (I recently moved to Cleveland), and only wanted the routine X-ray and dental exam. However, they insisted it wasn’t possible to proceed. I drove 30 minutes from Cleveland Heights, and it ended up being a waste of time. I always respect others’ time and expect the same in return. Interestingly, the first time I visited, I had to wait 15 minutes before being seen. I also reached out privately to Dr. Kim about this issue but never received a response. That said, I want to mention that I was really happy with Dr. Phil’s work during my previous visit — he was professional and attentive. Unfortunately, the scheduling and communication process at the clinic need improvement.

I recently had braces done with Dr. Kim’s team at A Caring Dental Group, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Keimer handled most of the work with exceptional skill and kindness—he was always calm and patient, walking me through each step so I knew exactly what to expect. That simple clarity made all the difference in easing any nerves. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff helped make everything feel easy and inviting—they were genuinely welcoming and added to the comfort of the whole experience. It’s clear the practice lives up to its name—everyone there cares deeply about how you feel. My insurance company did not cover the visit, but the dentist refused to leave me in pain they were very helpful all the staff very nice highly recommended
