Central Dental Associates is doing a terrific job. They are very kind people with a genuine care for each of their clients. I didn't expect to leave an appointment so calm, but my dentist and their assistant were incredibly helpful for me. The onboarding process is also really simple and they offer some good discounts. The office was nice to visit and very clean-you can tell they really care about making every single part of visiting a pleasant one. Kaley is doing a great job with their social media!

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I have never felt so much better about a dentist appointment for a while now. I have been endlessly searching around for a comfortable and easygoing Chicago place to invest in, and Central Dental Associates is at the top of my list. The staff is more than friendly, the appointment was not time consuming at all, and their seasonal decorations are even really nice to look at while waiting. There's always something fun that they have going on. Thanks to Cindy, Nicole and everyone else for helping me figure out my next steps. And Kaley is doing an awesome job as well! She loves sharing pics of all of their events and milestones and makes it look like a truly warm place to work.

Magnificent service. I came here and got my cleaning done by Daniela. I was scared at first but everyone was kind and they made me feel comfortable which made me get my cleaning today! Allison and Eli were amazing as well too. Great staff, great service!

This is a very nice place! Prices are very decent here and the staff was really friendly, easy to get along with. They broke every step of the appointment down perfectly for me to understand- I didn’t feel intimidated at all. I was in and out without a hitch. Dr. Shaw has a great team. Shoutout to Kaley! She doesn’t work on dental but she makes that place extra special with her marketing work and is such a bubbly, lighthearted person to talk to! I’ll be back and will definitely tell my friends and family.

I had a great experience with the doctor for my initial consultation and my dental cleaning. Daniela was thorough and left my teeth feeling extra clean. She made sure I was comfortable and I look forward to seeing her again for next cleanings. The front desk was polite as well.
