Terra Nova Family Dentistry

I have been a patient at Terra Nova Family Dentistry for almost a year now, and I can honestly say my experience has been outstanding from start to finish. From the moment you walk in, the staff is welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. Every visit has been well-organized by Steven and they take the time to explain each step, which always puts me at ease. I received dental implants here, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. I have a low tolerance for pain and they made me feel so much better. The quality of work, attention to detail, and follow-up care have exceeded my expectations. The team made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and comfortable, and I am thrilled with how natural and confident my smile feels now. I truly appreciate the level of care and professionalism this office provides. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent dental care, especially for implants. Thank you to the entire team for making this such a positive experience

Best dental place and experience I have ever had in my life. Best staff who go above and beyond, Steven is amazing!! Cannot recommend this place enough! I usually suffer from dental anxiety, but have zero anxiety coming here and getting my dental work done, which is always painless and never sore after. My Dentist is so gentle and just so nice. Gracie was amazing and so funny and sweet! Absolutely love this place and the staff!! And I actually look forward to going to the dentist now!

I had a great experience at the office. everything was clean, efficient, and welcoming. Steven was especially helpful and made the visit smooth and comfortable. Really appreciated his professionalism and friendly attitude!

Everyone I’ve encountered has been friendly and profesional. My favorite part is walking in and seeing Steven bright cheerful smile greeting everyone.

Great service! Quick and easy! Always a great time when I do my usual check ins!

Always greeted with a smile and the staff is welcoming and sweet. The service is carefully explained and there is no pressure. Always reassurance.

I would not recommend this dental office. My experience has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing. They charged me thousands of dollars for work that ended up failing—my tooth actually broke in half. When I returned three years later, they still wanted to charge me $3,000 to fix the problem they caused. To make matters worse, they billed my insurance for procedures I never received. That’s unethical and dishonest. It’s obvious this office is more focused on making money than actually helping patients. The dentist and staff show little to no concern for patient care. When I asked for my medical records and x-rays—while I was standing in the office—they told me I had to wait because the office manager wasn’t there. That felt very fishy and unprofessional. If I had seen honest reviews before going here, I would have never trusted them with my dental care. Please do your research and find a dentist who truly cares about your health—not just your wallet.
