VIP Dentistry by David S. Han, DDS

Started with Dr. Han a several months ago to address my TMJ pain. I was having difficulty eating, talking, sleeping. Anyone who has this condition knows how difficult it can be. Dr. Han is an expert in diagnosing these issues. He made me a bite splint/stabilizer to wear at night. I was a bit skeptical, but gave it a try because I needed the help. This is a process and a bit of a journey and everyone's situation is different. I started feeling much better after about 3 months. The acute pain was gone. I can eat again yay!! Maybe not biting into an apple anymore...but that's ok. We are still are working on the other aspects of my bite but at least I'm not in acute pain anymore. You have to stick with the program. Of note, I wore braces and retainers twice as a teenager to address my crossbite but the braces did not work. I wish more dentists had the knowledge and expertise in DIAGNOSING TMJ disorders. It's one thing to see someone and they say "you have a crossbite and it's putting pressure on your TMJ," but it's another to take the time to figure out how to HELP me! Having great oral health is so much more than how straight and white your teeth are. Dr. Han is more than 5 stars and I'm a medical professional so I'm super picky. His staff is very kind and the dental hygienists are great. I've met Noel (service dog) a few times too and she's a cutie. I appreciate all your hard work team. Thank you all.

I went to Dr. Han for severe jaw pain I was experiencing. He recommended a TMJ stabilizer and assured it would fix the pain. I wore the stabilizer every night for over a year and the pain did not go away. I went to several appointments, Dr. Han would make adjustments to the stabilizer but the pain did not stop. The custom TMJ stabilizer is so thick it changed my bite. I can no longer bite down without a large gap showing. When I asked Dr. Han about the shift in my bite he said "my bite was already like that" prior to the treatment. I have pictures of my smile/bite before and after the stabilizer and there is a noticeable change in my bite because of the stabilizer. I do not recommend this treatment, it only led to my teeth/bite shifting and I am now having to pay more money to get this fixed at another dentist.

I came into this dentist hoping to find someone to help with my awful jaw pain I was having. Doctor Han was gentle and assured me he could help. My jaw pain was so severe I would come in crying. The staff is incredibly kind and patient and I can’t express that enough. After doing a CT scan to find the issue, we got started on making a custom stabilizer that I wear nightly. I wear it every night and it’s very comfortable. About 5 months have passed since first coming into his office and my jaw pain has drastically decreased. I have no issues with chewing steaks or anything tough. I’m happy to say I have zero jaw pain. 🥹❤️ If you’re looking for a dentist, this is the place. I’ve told my friends and family.

I am very pleased with the dental work I have received at VIP Dentistry. Dr. Han and staff are the best! Dr. Han did an such an unbelievable job that I am no longer self-conscious about my smile. Always a pleasure having Dr. Han work on my teeth. He gives excellent advice and is an outstanding dentist—a true perfectionist at his job.

If I could i would give him 10 stars. His dentistry is the newest technology far superior to my old dentist. I’m having many procedures done including a front tooth that fell out so I want things done correctly. He recommended a night guard and I agree completely.
