I had an excellent experience at MK Dentist. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome. The reception team was friendly and efficient, and I was seen promptly. The dentist was thorough, professional, and gentle. The office is clean and comfortable which added to the overall positive experience. I left feeling more than satisfied and well taken care of. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a top-notch dental experience!

I hope that everyone takes my review as a warning of this dental office. Please go anywhere else and don't get scammed by them like I've just been. I provided my insurance information prior to scheduling an appointment and was told that this dental office was in-network with my plan and that I had available dental benefits for billing. Was recommended some services here and I agreed to that after confirming all would be covered/billed to my insurance for processing. Got my treatments and 2 weeks later got my EOB from insurance stating I only owed $600.00 but the office billed me for $1680.00. When I inquired about this amount, with both my insurance and the office, I found out that the office did not bill all my services to insurance and charged me out-of-pocket for the $1080.00 worth of services. Never mentioned to me prior to getting treatment that anything wouldn't be covered. Spoke with Fred from billing and he rambled on about how he's been doing this for 25 years and was 99% sure he gave me a breakdown. Experience means absolutely nothing to me when mistakes can be made by anyone. He refused to admit he didn't make me aware that services wouldn't be covered but admitted he was disappointed in himself for not doing his job properly? Isn't that the same as admitting fault? He didn't think so. I was supposed to get an itemized statement but front office 'forgot' to give that to me at my appointments. Called me back next day and offered me a $180 discount on a $1680 bill ($1080 over-charged) and stated they didn't have to do that but it would be a "courtesy." That's really crazy to say after over-charging me $1080.00.

My wife and I feel very fortunate to have discovered Dr. Mana’s (MK Dental Group) clinic. We’ve had an excellent experience with their kindness, friendliness, and respect toward patients, as well as their high level of expertise in the treatments we received, including root canals, filling, cleaning, and dental implants. The clinic’s reception staff are also very friendly and cooperative. We highly recommend this dental group clinic to everyone.

I've had several procedures done in this office and each one of them without any disappointments. The wonderful staff has been consistent with professionalism, skillful and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain what you need and without inflating the prices. My whole family comes here and will definitely recommend others The doctors are Usc trained so you know you are getting quality care ✌️

Great experience! Dental office is super clean, staff is great! Dr. And nurses are very knowledgeable! I am terrified of going to dentist for some reason but had such a great outcome... felt like I was in and out. Dr. Cares for his patients as well which made me feel even better about my visit! I got all 4 wisdom teeth extracted today under sedation and have no complaints.
