Chino Hills Dental Group and Orthodontics

I've never felt so scammed and uncomfortable at a dental office before. I've seen 3 different dentists here and they've all told me 3 contradicting diagnoses. They constantly schedule extra services and add on fees that are not covered by insurance without discussing with me. They ask me to sign all these documents and payments without letting me read it. I had an appointment today for a 6 month routine cleaning, which took 3 hours and I never received my cleaning. They told me that routine cleanings are only for children and barely get to the surface of your teeth. Today, I was charged twice with more expensive deep cleanings after the dentist said we can proceed with a routine 6 month cleaning that I normally get. When I tried to remove the charge, they told me there was no record of me getting a routine cleaning done there before even though I was there 6 months ago. They told me it never happened and the hygienist said they will refuse routine cleanings since a few teeth appear to show bone loss, which is contradictory from what the other dentist told me 6 months ago. It feels like they're only after your money here and try to sell you on anything they can so beware and don't come here! The only dentist I really enjoyed was Dr. Mano. She was the only one who never tried to sell me on anything or scam me for more money. She was great, and I wish I could continue seeing her but I refuse to give this dental group any more money as they have lost my trust.

After going to so many dentist and specialists I’m so glad I found this place. Between Ashley, Brian, and April making me feel really welcome at the front desk has well as walking me through all the steps and scheduling to Dr.Deasi and Angie for being very thorough, carful, and explaining every step and process on the way gave me a sense of comfort and ease. I usually dislike going to the dentist but here is somewhere I would recommend 10/10

We have been coming here as a family for years and recently we were told we needed over 20 thousand dollars in dental work each because apparently we have several surface level cavities that can’t be seen on the xrays. And apparently I need my two bottom front teeth removed because the are slightly tilted forward and they will eventually fall out? I have been to several other dentists and had second and third opinions and have confirmed that none of the work was necessary or accurate. Unfortunately they are interested in money and money only. After I canceled my follow up appt I received several appointment reminders that I did not make because they were scheduling me without my permission. Avoid this dentist if you want appropriate and good patient care.

We have pretty good Insurance but everytime we need a crown or an expensive procedure they try to overcharge what our Insurance says it should cost. It is getting tiring and it is outright dishonest. This must be a directive from management or there is extra commissions for overcharging customers. We have been with them for over 25 yrs, it might be time to go.

I had a great experience in this office .i got my Root canal done by Dr Vohra and she is an excellent Dr and my Treatment was done very quickly.she is super fast and a very good Dr .i did not feel any thing during the procedure and did not feel the anesthetic even .She is such an amazing doctor and highly recommend her to anyone who needs root canal .Anna and Gloria were great and were very friendly.i was very happy with the staff . Love this office .Thank you Dr Vohra ,Gloria and Anna .its a great office and recommend to all .

Sadly I’ve been to a lot of dentists but I love the comprehensive services and awesome staff here! Dr. Slade and Evelin are rockstars, they are like superheroes for your teeth. Beyond that, everyone I have worked with in the past there like Dr. Park, Dr. B., and all of the hygienists and office staff do an amazing job. While individual experiences may vary I have always been treated fairly, as pain free as possible, any issues have always been satisfactorily addressed, and more than anything they have been reasonable and compassionate humans with a good sense of humor. I suppose I should also mention that the quality of work has been top notch and often exceeded expectations. They really work hard as your partners in oral care. Much love and appreciation for the many hours we have spent together on my dental journey.

I wanted to spend a few moments to write about my experience at Chino Hills Dental Group. I currently live in Riverside and continue to make the drive to Chino Hills for my appointments, as my experience with Dr. Slade and the team including Perla, Jacia, to name a few, have all been great. I personally do not like going to the dentist, but feel I have found my permanent dentistry. Dr. Slade does an amazing job and truly cares for her patients. I feel there is no judgement between her and her patients and looks out for her patients best interest. The rest of the team make you feel comfortable and provide the utmost care.
